Bai support team is AMAZING! After searching the Facebook group for answers. I did anything to help me with my problem so I reached out to them. And Woody responded to me and immediately and had Luke contact me to help me with my error. Within no time Luke had my problem resolved. I had no down time, they got me back up and running asap and is amazing. I'm blow away at the Bai team's customer service! I'm so happy I chose the Bai embroidery machine. I 100% recommend them to anyone in need of a embroidery machine.

Good Machine and Great Service!
I'm a new BAi embroidery machine owner and have had to reach out for support several times since my purchase in December. Most, if not all, of my issues are new user related and have nothing to do with the machine. Even so support has been quick to respond (note that they are in China so their schedule is a little different than my typical one here in the US). They have helped me solve all of my issues quickly and completely. I am delighted with both the machine and the continued support I've received.

I own a Bai mirror embroidery machine, and I want to share my experience. Initially, I struggled because only needle 15 wouldn’t trim, while the other functions worked perfectly. As a new Bai user, I was quite frustrated trying to fix the issue on my own. I spent hours searching on YouTube but couldn't find a solution until I discovered Wonder Liu on Facebook. He was incredibly helpful, guiding me to contact the technicians and even creating a support message group. When I explained my problem, they responded within minutes. Following their instructions, the technician immediately fixed the issue.

The best experience ever with customer service, technical support and the machine (bai mirror 15needles) amazing excellent product and quality… I have more than 1 year with my machine and always they answer any question or problem that I have.
I had to contact customer service for a problem
I had to contact customer service for a minor issue with my Mirror machine. responded quickly. He sent me a video showing how to fix the problem. It was a simple adjustment that took me only 1 minute to do, and my machine was back up and running for a long production session!

I have the Bai 2 head Vision…, never embroidered in my life. I bought it Oct 2025… it’s been a huge learning curve but I’ve had my issues or questions answered with a fast response and Luke Ren hands down knows everything about this machine inside and out!!! Bai The Mirror Customer Service
My machine was purchased last September from Richword and has been really reliable. Almost any issue I've had was user error (I was extremely new to machine embroidery).
I did have an issue a few days ago where I lost use of half the needle. I posted in the Facebook group and in touch with Luke Ren on messenger. He had me send a couple pictures and a video, and was able to very quickly diagnose the issue, let me know the piece that needed to be replaced was in my bag of parts, and sent me a video showing how to fix it. I ran into another issue (my doing) and he once again diagnosed and sent a how to video.

The Bai team are so responsive! I appreciate all their help in trying to get me up and running. Quick response and noticed my issue right away. Was able to center my design and I'm currently stitching it now!
Customer Service Always Comes Thru
I have had to contact Bai support a few times. Some were to fix user errors. Some were to help me figure out how to do certain things. Each time Luke was able to understand what I needed, even if I wasnt sure what I was saying, and easily explained to me either how to fix the problem or adjust some settings to get the machine to do what I needed. And every time the issues were resolved in less than 30 mins. I have never once had a problem with the customer service with Bai. I highly recommend the Bai machine and their customer service.
