Appalling
Having placed my order, nothing happened for over a week. My first email regarding the status of my order went unanswered for two days. I was eventually told that the product wasn't available. Why didn't they take the initiative to inform me?! Under the circumstances the refund was slow coming. Stop wasting people's time!

Realistic flickering candles - great fun

The candles arrived in time and are exactly as they were described. All recipients delighted with their gifts and will certainly be ordering more in time for Christmas.
Had a slight issue with a wrong delivery however this was resolved within minutes so thank you very much.
