Late delivery and wrong item
Ordered Amelia glass cylinder diffuser, it said next day delivery but it arrived 4 days later and they sent the wrong one! Have emailed to ask about return and refund but no reply. Terrible customer service!

Item delivered 2 days after ordered. It was well packed and works.
I did not give 5 stars because despite saying they would tell me when it was dispatched I did not get the message and after reading another review got concerned. I tried chat and phone and got no response, but I should not have worried.

One of the best defusers I have ever purchased
I originally bought this defuser whilst away for a weekend. The fragrance is absolutely wonderful, everyone comments when they come into my living room. It never seems to fade. So when I found you could buy on line I was delighted.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service! (or should I say zero service)! I purchased a clock showing as in-stock and showing as Express delivery! Hasn’t arrived 4 days later and the item is now showing as out of stock! Funds have taken! Emailed asking if it was being fulfilled … no response! Live chat to see if it will be fulfilled … no response! If they’d just tell me they haven’t got it I can get it somewhere else!
