Great experience
Great experience, slightly concerned when buying tickets via a third party but a quick Google and it was confirmed Planet Offers was a legit company with excellent reviews so thought I'd give it a bash, glad I did, fantastic saving, tickets emailed within minutes and with an 10% off to boot, very happy customer would definitely recommend 😀

We’ve saved pounds
I get emails about offers in my area and it’s easy to sign in and pay for them. I also alert my family in case they haven’t seen them. Honestly we’ve save pounds and the grandkids love the days out we can afford to take them on.

I was very happy with the voucher and…
I was very happy with the voucher and price but due to bad weather the last two days of our holiday the mini golf and boats where closed so we never got to do them activities but overall great value for money

Good deal, but stressful experience …
After I paid for the voucher i received a confirmation email saying I should receive the voucher within the hour but it could take up to 24 hours if they were busy. This was alarming as we needed the voucher the same day. Luckily it did arrive within the hour. Also when we arrived at the venue the voucher was not enough. It was unclear that we were then supposed to enter the voucher number onto the venue’s website . The young man at the desk was helpful and guided me through this successfully. We did however waste at least lot of time on this.
It was a good deal, but this company should be clearer in their information to avoid the stress that these issues caused.
