Coupon definitely has good value.
4-star ie 1 star deducted per the post-payment communication email: I was purchasing entry tickets at last minute, expecting delivery won’t be too long. But the email says “usually within an hour” and “within 24 hours”. That’s horrifying.
Hope they improve by customizing the email according to actual delivery time needed, and provide a number to call in case delay happens.

Purchased a voucher but when I went to…
Purchased a voucher but when I went to book tickets for the availability there was no availability for the date and time I was planning to go. There was availability through the usual website purchase so must be a limit to how many people can book using the vouchers. I am currently waiting a refund request but I have not heard back so cannot comment further on this
