Hi Terry, we are so sorry for any confusion. We do state at several points on our product pages if vouchers must be pre-booked. We try to be as transparent as possible about the process of our vouchers, so we will be sure to take a deeper look to see if there's anything further we can do with the page in question.
We hope you had a lovely time at Skegness Aquarium.
All the best,
The Planet Offers Team 🧡

Great experience
Easy to purchase vouchers with instructions on how to redeem. The value for money is great, I purchased a half price voucher making family days out more affordable. The date range on my particular voucher is excellent. I can't comment on the redeeming process yet as I have purchased ahead of time. But, for the steps I have undertaken so far, I have no complaints.
