I couldn’t book the family tickets together and once booked I couldn’t cancel the ones I had ordered. It wasn’t easy to see the availability until it was too late.

Late delivery of voucher
Unfortunately although it stated 'instant delivery' it was only after I had bought the voucher that the email receipt said it could take up to 24 hours to process for 'popular' vouchers. We bought a family ticket voucher hoping to use it today. Even though I bought the voucher at 8.50pm yesterday it still hasn't come through. I've then had to fork out money to pay on the day. I will still use the voucher when it arrives its just such a shame it wasn't instant delivery as described on the website. If I knew it would take up to 24 hours I wouldn't have purchased it.I have bought vouchers before and never had a problem as the voucher has normally been emailed over straight away.

A great time at HighScore
We had such a great time at HighScore, we have been before but when we saw this deal it prompted us to go again and we had such a good time, great variety of games for all ages. Everything is in such a good clean condition! The deal makes it such a great value for money!

You need to find what slots are available and then email the booking requirements to the selected venue your visiting.

Was very pleased h my half price…
Was very pleased with my half price ticket for marsh farm, although I had a bit of difficulty trying to redeem it, thought i would just get a barcode, called venue in the end and they kindly did it for me, other than that, all good .
