They did their job. They recovered all footage lost from my hardrive. I'm happy they could find every single file. However, the price was high... reeaaaallyyyy expensive. I know they use high quality technology and softwares to recover every single file lost, but wow I didn't expect to be that expensive. If you really need to recover them for urgent reasons, then these guys are the one

I have lost important family photos on a broken hard drive. They responded very quickly and I especially thank Mr Eric for his professionalism and kind support on this matter. My experience with Pits was 100 percent successful, not only once but with a second hard drive. All my data was recovered at a reasonable price within a reasonable amount of time. Our computer went down, from a power surge switching into the generator, during hurricane Ian.
We were unaware we had a problem because I was in the hospital three times in the month of October (I am the one who takes care of our finances). There was thirteen years of our financial life on that computer and would be impossible for me to reconstruct!

On November 30, 2022, PITS Global Data Recovery Services notified us, they have recovered our hard drive. It was in the hands of FedEx, on its way to us!

External hard drive of about ten years crashed. PITS restored my 1TB device and I was able to continue utilization just as before.

My internal hard drive crashed, taking with it many valuable files that I had to have. Things looked very bleak and potentially costly. Geek Squad and a couple of other services told me they couldn't recover the data. I found PITS. They diagnosed the issue and told me they could recover the data. Within just a few days, they were able to do it, and they did it for what I considered to be a very fair price. I've since shared this information with all of my business associates and connections.

I was about to pen a 5 star review based on the company's retrieval and prompt return of my files, but then thereafter, I believe that I have also found the very definition of EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

I used this company to retrieve data I thought I had lost due to some sort of error with my external hard drive. While the cost to recover was not cheap, for me it was worth it. What is exceptional to me was the fact that we first established a verbal agreement with respect to the price, but after the physical invoice came and I paid it I realized that there was a discrepancy on what was agreed and what was invoiced. Within 20mins of bringing this to their attention, they responded saying they acknowledge the error and would refund the difference.

Not only did this company retrieve all my data, but their after-sale customer service was great! I never want to lose my data again, but if I did lose it I am confident that this is the company I would use.

If you’re like me and you’ve been through a traumatic experience with a hard drive fail and you’re desperate to retrieve your files and you’re wondering if this company would be able to do the job, may this review reassure you that they ARE the ones to get the job done EFFICIENTLY!!! PITS Service was amazing. There was a quick turn around. Then, I had an issue with paying the full amount. They worked out a payment plan then returned my drive. Once, I got the data the very next day I had an issue where that data was erased accidently. I contacted PITS they were able to send me my data again since it was still within the window before they deleted it from their system. I was Very lucky and they were AMAZING! I will use them again and will reccommend them to anyone!

Had a SSD failure and had to replace the drive. Limited number of files lost because I had not done backups (lesson learned - I hope...). PITS took the drive for $49 and indicated the recovery could be as low as $200. They did the analysis and priced the recovery at $1400. I told them no and asked them to return the drive. Went back and forth several times and ultimately paid an extra $200 to recover about a dozen files I had lost. They were very pleasant, delivered what I needed, and made sure I got the files.

Extremely satisfied with the company. Very fast response times and excellent customer service. All of my files were recovered!
