pretty good
i wish the spirals had their dimensions visible. other than that i’ve had mostly good experiences. delivery is usually on time. however, recently the little baggies the jewellery comes in have been sealed with something hot which means you have to rip the bags open, even though they are resealable. it’s rather annoying as i used to use the bags to store old jewellery i’m not wearing.

great communication
i use auspost lockers for delivery on most of my online shopping, and i suppose auspost couldn't complete my order as i recieved an email from ebony from pierce off that my order was returned to them. she gave me the new tracking number and i collected it from my locker today. safe to assume the delivery issue was to blame on auspost/trading hours but i greatly appreciated the communication from pierce off, they even included a new tracking number for the order. i will definitely be a returning customer.

Broken in 2days
Most were great.
But, all tragus were too short in the thread. Except for 1, the heart with little drop stone & it broke in 1/2. After only 2 days of having it in.
