I had an amazing experience here! After making an online purchase for in-store pickup, I visited the store to try on the jade bangle I chose. I thought I had done the measurements correctly, but we quickly discovered it was too large. The staff immediately helped me find a suitable alternative. I am so grateful for their patience and kindness while assisting me in selecting a new bangle that fit perfectly. Despite the extra effort involved, they never made me feel like an inconvenience. I'm so happy with my new jade bangle and will certainly return for future purchases.

Brought my drop earrings in for repair and was very satisfied with it, however when staff member went to show me the piece a stone fell out whilst he was holding it. Agent did not have adhesive in store but offered to send it away however a further cost would be incurred. I was disappointed after already paying $35 and it was only costume jewellery.

Regarding the stone coming loose, this part of the earring wasn’t involved in the soldering process. As it’s a costume jewellery piece, the stones are set with adhesive, and in this case the original glue had dried out, which is why it unfortunately fell out when being handled. Because it wasn’t an area we worked on, we’re not able to take liability for that component. That said, our team offered an adhesive repair option as an additional service with additional cost as it requires sending the item away, and we’re still more than happy to help with that if you’d like to go ahead. We truly appreciate your understanding and are here if you’d like any further assistance.
