Lack of information and confusing image
I bought a piercing that had an image of the same piercing in different colors and I thought that after buying it I had to choose the one I wanted (blue), so I did that but the answer was you only had one colour (grey), which I think is very unfair because you could see all the colors in the picture. And I bought it because I wanted the blue one and you sent me the grey one.

Well the lady I spoke to was the friendliest person I had dealt with. I was searching for a PA ring and had gone to a number of stores and just been bounced from one place to another.

These earrings were so small thought you had sent an empty packet. Also ordered them because you advertised them as sleeper earrings which they are definitely not.

5 stars for quality service and products over many years.
This time the 14g segment rings were too fine and delicate to be used as ear ring keepers, and my fat fingers lacking the finesse and dexterity to fit the jewelry. Not the jewelry's fault.
