Thank you for your feedback. We’re surprised to see this concern, as we have never encountered confusion about this before. Our description and infographic clearly state that the frame is designed for pre-stretched canvases (those on a wooden stretcher frame). We take great care in wording our listings and providing detailed visuals to ensure clarity. However, we will review the wording again to ensure it remains as clear as possible.

Great frame and delivered on time, but unsustainable packaging tape
Great frame and delivered on time. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the packaging was terrible. The cardboard cannot be recycled with all that plastic tape on it and it took ages to remove it all. Please invest in some brown paper tape with fragile printed on it.

Really pleased with the frame.
Looks lovely and fited on our painting like a glove.
It came with all fitings and little white foam spacers to center painting.

Great Company
I registered with the site and was sent a 20% off Black Friday offer - brill. Ordering my frame was easy. I was kept up to date. Delivery didn’t take long. It was well packaged to avoid any damage. And the frame itself is wonderful - just what I was after to record my grandson’s first year.

The measurements they make relate to glass size that bears no resemblance to the actual internal measurements of the frame. Instructions should be adapted for box frames

Thank you for your feedback. Our measurements are based on the internal perspex size (as stated in the description), which follows standard industry practices used. We understand that determining the correct measurements can sometimes be tricky, especially with box frames. That's why we include a note in the product description encouraging customers to reach out for assistance if needed.
In this case, it seems the incorrect size was ordered, despite the exact measurements being provided as requested.

I'm sorry to hear about your trouble. All of our graduation frames are specifically designed to fit the unique nature of pre-mounted university photos like the one you ordered. There are three different size checkpoints, as our graduation frames can vary by just a centimetre. Could you confirm if the size you ordered matches your frame? It’s possible that the wrong size was selected.

Disappointing can't stand it up on its own and returns not accepted!
Really disappointed that the photo frame didn't have a stand so that you could stand it up, you can only hang it up. The quality also didn't seem that great either, really lightweight and doesn't feel very solid! Bought these as a Christmas present, but think I'll be having to purchase some different ones elsewhere. Unfortunately the company does not accept returns.
