A misunderstanding by me led to a wrong background being delivered for two medal frames but I was immediately offered two correct ones for free and these arrived very quickly. Could not have asked for more. The frames now proudly honour those who won their medals.

I had a really disappointing experience with this online photo framing company. Ordering through their website seemed straightforward at first, but things quickly went downhill once my order arrived.

The frame I received was completely the wrong size for the photo I submitted. It didn’t fit properly at all—there were visible gaps, and the image looked poorly aligned, as if no one had double-checked the measurements before shipping it out. It honestly felt careless, especially for something that’s supposed to be custom-made.

What made things worse was dealing with their customer service. I reached out to explain the issue, expecting a simple resolution, but the responses I got were abrupt and unhelpful. They were dismissive of my concerns and even suggested that I must have uploaded the wrong dimensions, which wasn’t the case. There was no real effort to investigate or fix the problem.

For a company that operates entirely online, you’d expect better communication and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience felt impersonal and frustrating from start to finish. I wouldn’t trust them again with something as important as framing a photo.

Have previously used this company on etsy for gifts, however now had reason to do a bigger purchase for our nursery. Messages were replied to really quickly, and they were always really helpful! Placed my order on the monday evening, was dispatched tuesday morning and arrived wednesday morning! Amazing quality as always! Thankyou
