Our rep Molly is highly responsive. Even before she goes on vacation she reaches out to give me an alternate contact so I can get through quicker. We have at least 100 extensions with phone.com and have zero complaints.

I have been a partner of phone.com for over 10 years. What impresses me the most about Phone.com is how consistently great their customer support service has been for me as a partner. They've always been able to answer my questions on the spot. Most importantly, Phone.com listens when I have challenges on my side and have always been quick to suggest and implement knew processes to accommodate my specific needs. They've always acted as a true extension to my team, which makes me look good in front of my own clients.
I had the option to go with bigger VoIP companies with more bills and whistles, but I chose Phone.com for what mattered the most to me...Great customer service at every level

I've been on the internet for over 27yrs (1998) and dealt with online companies from all categories. This company, by far, has the single most horrendous customer service that I have encountered in those 27yrs dealing with HUNDREDS of companies. Steer clear of this company!!
At first, phone.com seemed like a good fit. I don't want to go into too much detail, but it basically sucks! Their platform is "klunky", which means that its not easy to navigate and actually interferes with phone calls you are making, scratchy, garbled, etc....I've done EXTENSIVE checking and its not my internet. They have a "take it or leave it" attitude when you call them, you RARELY find anyone that speaks clear English, the "texting" feature does not notify you when there's a text....you have to PHYSICALLY go into the system to find it. If you have two users, they CANNOT share the main line texting. I could go on and on...I wish I'd done more homework on this before signing up for a year.
Abysmal service and rude agents! If they can't answer your questions immediately they just cut you off!
Worst service ever. The phone never rings, then Ihave to call back the customer every time. Not to mention the customer support techs are idiots.
TRASH Company! They disabled our account and phone without a legit reason. I wish I saw their rating before signing up with them.
