Jason was really helpful. He answered all my questions and explained the services offered in detail and was very patient throughout the entire process.

The service works, but the UI is OK, not terrible and not great. The two BIG negatives are, (1) every call I made showed up on the receiving phone as "SCAM Likely", and (2) they make it hard for you to cancel, there are no buttons or instruction in the app. When you search support, it does tell you you have to call a toll-free number "so they can confirm it's you" (give me a break). The lady on the phone was nice and polite, but the fact that you have to do this is not great.

Jason was outstanding. He worked diligently to find functional yet cost-effective solution for our non-profit phone number. Also, we wanted our name in the number, and he found a great option. Thank you, Jason, for superior customer service.
