After 7 months, my litter stopped working. I contacted customer service and Alondra was an amazing help! They sent me another litter box in a very short time. Customer service is really good!

I bought from from Petcove mainly due to a lifetime warranty on a product I purchased.I'm very happy that I did.The customer service is above and beyond!They are quick to respond to any questions/concerns and do follow up emails with no prompt needed!!I've enjoyed my product for over two yrs now.

Butch, was very attentive from his very first email to his last. The self cleaning machine unfortunately stopped working. He helped guide me through some trouble shooting and ultimately ended in them sending me a new machine. Extremely happy with how professional and how customer service oriented this process was. I contacted Petcove for help with my PurrTek Smart Self Cleaning Litter Box after the bottom pad had broke, and CM took care of everything I needed. The process was quick, hassle free, and CM took care of every detail so I didn’t have to stress or worry about anything. Once my new unit shipped out CM sent me the tracking number and followed up to make sure I had received the product.

To start off, I really need to give a high five to my Customer Service Representative, Fred. I sent an email to Petcove support with an issue I’ve had for the last 3 months and I did not expect to receive a response for a couple days. However that was not the case. I got a return email within an hour or less and followed Fred’s direction to check my unit and sent photos as asked. Fred told me he sent the info to his team for review. I honestly did not expect another response for awhile, but the next day when I reached out to ask for any updates, he sent me a tracking number for the total replacement of my Petcove auto cleaning litter box. I was blown away! Never expected a total replacement. This is truly the best and most prompt to respond Customer Service Team I have ever dealt with. Fred made the process so easy and pleasant. So Kuddos again to you Fred. I Love my Petcove product and their Awesome Customer Service Team. They truly stand behind their products and lifetime warranty.

I have had the pleasure of working With Alondra a few times now. Whenever there is something wrong she continues to address my issue and get us the fastest response in form of customer service. This is one the best Customer Service experiences I have had.

After putting in a claim for replacement parts for the Petcove automatic litter pan, I thought I would just be getting the replacement parts I asked for but, instead, they sent me an entirely new litter pan. I admire your company’s customer service. It has been a pleasure working with you. Customer service has gone down hill, this day and age, but this company has been amazing!!! Thank you!!

Petcove customer service is fantastic. I had an especially great experience with Fred, who was extremely helpful in helping me work through replacing my automatic litter box. He was extremely responsive and prompt in helping come to a solution, and made an experience that was initially bothersome very smooth and easy.

I purchased the Purrtek Lite Litter box as a christmas gift. My kids absolutely loved it. Unfortunately it stopped working last week. When I contacted Petcoveshop and explained what was happening Alondra took care of everything immediately. She did not give me a runaround and was able to get us a replacement right away. I would absolutely recommend purchasing from this company as they stand behind their products.

I bought large cat litter box that said was good size from cats up to 22lbs. Easy to set up and shipped quickly but unfortunately it was not large enough for us as we have 3 Maine Coon cats. They were all to big to get in box and even turn around.
Contacted Petcoveshop and spoke with Alondra. Very pleasant lady and understanding my problem.
Sent me a return label and I shipped it back and received refund all in one week.

Alondra was amazing to work with. My unit quit working after 9 months. Sent a quick video & they issued me out a new unit within 24 hours. Let me keep my old unit as well. Probably the best customer service a company has offered.
