DBS experience
First of all lack of communication second when asking a question via email replying back to the answer 5 min before you close telling me I was not cleared on my dbs on Friday afternoon and telling me on Monday morning my dbs certificate is sent out to me on the Friday seriously this is the worse experience I have had I don’t even do taxi full time I have a full time job but the time there took almost 4 weeks to clear this

Great DBS Service and excellent customer serivce
The key to working with Personnel Checks is the process for employer and applicant couldn't be simpler, the average speed to complete is the best i have ever experienced (30 yrs in recruitment) and on the very rare occasion you need to speak to customer services the service is always excellent, as was my contact with Jordan yesterday who solved my issues professionally and promptly.
