Ordered lawn seed via Amazon. After delays in promised delivery eventually recorded as 'handed direct to customer'. It was not delivered. Still waiting and getting no response from the company. Disgraceful! I agree...Do not touch this company with a bargepole.

This company has every appearance of being a bunch of charlatans at best and fraudsters at worst.

On 8 April 2024 they emailed me giving a Yodel tracking number for my delivery. Since then, Yodel has stated the package is: "With sender" - that they are awaiting its receipt. Under Perfect2Trade's delivery schedule, the parcel should have been with me 10 days ago. Emails to "enquiries" requesting an explanation go unanswered.

I ordered a couple of tubs of grout via Amazon. DPD apparently delivered it 2 days later but I didn't receive it. Cant get through to Perfect2trade on the phone... should have checked Trustpilot first...

As everyone says below do not use this company! Sent me out boxes of grout that were completely smashed and the bags on the inside has ruptured leaving the product useless! Amazon want nothing to do with it and says to contact seller 20+ phone calls later over three days plus voicemail messages and emails with no reply! Terrible customer service! Does anyone know how you can report this seller to trading standards!

I ordered a box of firelighters over 4 weeks ago. After 2 weeks l found the delivery people had thrown them into a ditch full of water a long way from the front door where l could not even see them. I rang the company and they promised to send a replacement by Monday 18 March. It is now 27 March and they still haven't arrived. Now when l ring to complain they put the phone down on me as soon as l say my name. I just want my box of firelighters as ordered. I will never use this company again

They delivered completely the wrong product then refused to do anything about it. Cost me £52. They blamed Amazon which makes nil sense at all.

You would think buying through Amazon was a good thing, however Amazon do not care that Perfect2trade are a shame. They let me down with an order and their bad service cost me an extra 2 hours of my time plus fuel. Currently fighting for refund

Goods never arrived ordered through Amazon, trying to sort refund?!

I ordered on the fourth of feb 2024 and received no notification of when it’s gonna arrive or that they have received the order. Tried calling them no reply but now sent him two emails no reply terrible service will be contacting credit card company to say it’s a scam

Ordered goods over 8 days ago. Company say goods dispatched but Yodel say they are still waiting to collect. Luckily I ordered through Amazon so can get a refund

Awful company. Goods purchased through amazon and when I tried to send it back the company they use to send back evri damaged them. Didn't want to give me a refund and then blamed me for wanting to send them back.

Utterly despicable.

Bought a bucket of pregrit (via Amazon); took far too long to dispatch it and when it finally arrived, it leaks everywhere because they didn't bother to package it adequately.

Seller's response? Oh, we'll give you £3 off. Oh, we'll give you 30% off. No, under the CRA you'll refund or replace. Clearly too stupid to read the CRA or thinks it doesn't apply to them.

Now going to initiate a chargeback to deal with this cretin. As for the patio now needing jetwashing to clear this stuff off... Well, we'll see.

Avoid this seller, they supplied really poor quality goods but description says premium quality. They offered a partial refund but not honoured it.

A complete waste of time, we never received the items ordered through Amazon and they blamed Hermes/Evri but rather than send out a replacement they wanted us to claim a refund and then order the items again, what a joke, they need to learn about customer satisfaction.

Terrible company. Purchased items through eBay that never arrived.

Very certain that these people are scam artists! Received three emails pushing for a payment even though I have not purchase anything! Rung up to see what was going on and had the phone put down on me! Definitely up to something!! Stay well away

I would have given 5 stars except that the ordering website is confusing. I thought I had ordered 4 but only received 2 so had to call and explain. I was pleased that it was sorted quickly. You need to amend the ordering boxes.

I was very happy with my experience. Great price, quick delivery, great communication.
I only received part of my order, when I contacted Perfect2trade they responded immediately and my order was delivered the next day.
I would use this company again.
