Do not whatever you do buy from this company. There creatively support is abysmal. I have waited 2 months for a product to be delivered only to find out that it isn’t going to be delivered due and I have no recourse as claims can only be filed 30days from purchase and yet they couldn’t supply this product. Absolute robbers

Ordered fence paint. Paid £5 delivery
1 week later no sign it was on its way. Chased up to be told it’s out of stock and they will process a refund

Completely unacceptable experience.
The product is advertised as medium to large lumpwood charcoal, but what I received was almost entirely pebble-sized coals . The charcoal burns too quickly, restricts airflow, and makes it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature, resulting in needing to 2-3 BBQs instead of 1.

When I raised this, the seller offered only a 15% refund and then closed the case, while trying to shift responsibility onto their supplier. As the retailer, that’s simply not acceptable.

Overall, the item is not as described and not fit for purpose.

I have been waiting on my clipper gas (12cans ) which I ordered from Amazon through PERFECTTOTRADE AND I NOTICED THEY HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED BUT YODAL ARE SAYING THAT THE REF NUMBER JJ
IS NOT AND ITS SAYING THAT ITS NOT DELIVERED BUT IT WAS MEANT TO BE DELIVERED BY THE 30January 2026 and very latest 31st January 2026 and I just feel very badly let down by perfect2trade and by Amazon and for some reason cause it’s SAYING DISPATCHED I CANT GET A REFUND AND I WOULD RATHER HAVE MY PRODUCT PLEASE !! ASAP and it’s still coming up on my Amazon account that it’s on its way it’s a joke !! But I CANT afford to lose money!!

If I could give zero stars I would. First time I’ve purchased bird food from this company through Amazon. In my Amazon account it states “delivered to safe location” but after checking around the area plus with neighbours it’s definitely not been delivered. Tried to complain direct to supplier and to Amazon but absolutely no response whatsoever.
Don’t waste your money. After reading many reviews on here it looks like they are scam artists. I would never buy again.

Ordered 3 bags of Lawn fertiliser on 15th Oct with delivery due on 18th. Delivery took place on 17th which you would think is impressive service. Sadly no. Only 2 bags delivered and since then have been chasing for missing bag or refund. I received 2 email responses asking me to allow the delivery people to full fill the order and appreciating my patience which has now run out. To date no delivery or refund received. A phone call to Customer Service was greeted by an automated message saying all staff busy and leave a number for a call back. Nothing heard.
Companies like this should not be allowed to trade on Amazon.

Perfect2trade are a lot cheaper than elsewhere. I suspect they keep stock levels lean to do this which is fine. Where they lose one star is in the delay in posting and lack of communication until I emailed them over the delay. I wish they had been a bit more proactive but I rate the cost savings far more highly than timely posting.

Terrible company. Never received the item I received. I’ve asked Amazon to delete them as a seller.
Never answer the phone.

Like 95% of the negative reviews written here, I have experienced the same excuse from P2T in the fact that I ordered goods at a very competitive price (that should've rung alarm bells but I thought I'd try my luck).

Anyway, after 3 days of my order sitting in the processing state I emailed them to get the generic reply that every other negative review has got, sorry, goods lost in transit, no more stock, refund made!!!

Don't waste your time folks, if you do, pay with a credit card or PayPal so that your purchase is protected.

They deceiver me and took everything from me I quickly request a refund and my case Finally got an improvement over refund through my profile photograph

I recently ordered two 1KG packages of Neudorff Sluggo Slug and Snail Killer from Perfect2trade, which offers competitive pricing online. The delivery was prompt and handled by Yodel, contributing to a positive overall experience. I would consider purchasing more from them in the future if the pricing remains appealing.

Ordered priority delivery for a customer job,items apparently lost in post,no more stock available.
Will never use again.

Ordered before the cutoff time for next day delivery. Next day no goods, contacted company who replied saying arrives in 2days tracking shows shipment not done until next day.
Wrote back that I want to cancel the order.
Reply: goods misplaced, no stock we will refund you. And they did thankfully in full.

Ordered some paint via website 2 weeks ago and still no news- chased via email and phone call no response either.

I ordered 2 bags of Westland Potting Grit form PERFECT2TRADE, through Amazon.
The original delivery date was by 24/3/25. That was then changed to by 27/3/25.
Late on 27/3, after the last time the deliverer was supposed to arrive, I tried to enquire about my item, and was told to wait until the following day before contacting the seller.
Now it is 28/3, I try to determine where my item is. I ask for a refund, but am informed that I cannot obtain one, because I didn't do so within 48 hours of the delivery date - now conveniently reset to 24/3.
This is a scam!! DO NOT order any items from this company. Do so at your peril.

Failed to deliver on time. Ordered item on 4th March which was Amazon Prime next day delivery now 8th March still not received and no idea if I will receive it.

I ordered an item from this company through Amazon. They informed me of a delay to the original delivery date - I had chosen their service due to their estimated speed of delivery. The same product is available from other suppliers.

The item didn't arrive. They offered to send a replacement item and gave me a delivery number to Track with the courier. They estimated delivery in 2 - 3 working days. There is no still record of the tracking number with the courier after 2 days.

Will not purchase from this company again.
