Got concerned after I read the reviews but ordered on Tuesday and product arrived on Thursday. All good

Ordered bird food 8 days ago was meant to deliver within 3-5days still no sign of delivery. Emailed them someone sent tracking number after 11 hours of wait in queue i ben told courier company didn't received any parcel for delivery. Emailed them almost every day no one responce back. No one answers their phone no way to contact them. Never recomend this compnany to anyone. Dont waste your Money and Time.

Delivery didn't show up even after a month.
Ordered on amzaon--and as it's 3rd party you have to go through numerous 'escape rooms' to never get to speak to someone...but eventually managed to talk to a human at amazon to get refund.

Do not order from this company,they are thieves

Ordered through Amazon Kontrol Crystals Not good order delayed . When i contacted seller replied no trace of order so eventually received a refund.No stars. BUT this time ordered through Perfect2Trade website(maybe a mistake) but no a very good price and very fast delivery paid for 3 to 5 day delivery but received next day. 5 stars Excellent.

Absolutely useless company. Don't order anything from these people as you won't get it, you won't get any contact and they will waste your time. More importantly they'll take your money and not deliver the goods. If you're buying from Amazon, make sure they're not the third party which supplies the goods.

Terrible Company
I ordered 4x tubs of Sika deep grey grout from this company on 12th October with a delivery date promise of 18th October. Nothing arrived a new delivery date of 23rd. Nothing arrived and when I contacted the company a nice tune plays for 55seconds before automated message says to leave a message ! No one called back and the order has not been delivered. This company is not worth bothering with.

Delivered completely the wrong item, got plant food when ordered coal. Unable to contact as goes through to Vodaphone voice message service after ringing for ages... No resolution as yet...!

Ordered 2 packs of Kontrol damp christals, order never arrived after over 2 weeks. I have concluded that this Company are running a scam, if you look at the reviews I am one of numerous people who haven't received their orders.
I can only suggest ' don't touch this Company with a bargepole'.

an amazon seller and in cahoots with the awful amazon marketplace. They take your money and you dont get any goods beyond fake tracking. Luckily I was a new amazon user and soon deleted my account. Crooks never give refunds.

Quick delivery, item was well packaged thank you

Half of my order did not arrive. They sent some items but I had to chase to find out where there rest were. After two weeks they agreed to send the 6 missing items, yet only bothered to send one. Now have stopped responding to emails. These guys are theives and clowns and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. I suggest others do the same.

My order went missing. Perfect2trade, blamed their delivery company Yodel, and said it was up to me to contact Yodel. That's not what the Consumer Act says!. I did, though and Yodel said they'd been given the wrong delivery address, and it had gone missing. Perfect2trade, then insisted I had to make a refund claim to Yodel, again contravening Consumer Rights Law. It's the Vendor/Seller who should refund customer, not the delivery company. Avoid this company.

Wrong item sent. Return process a hassle and still chasing return postage costs

Ordered Flamefast Firelogs which are smokeless and far more expensive than other brands for that reason.

Sent me Fireglow instead which are about half the price.

Given reviews, this is obviously not a mistake.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered masonry paint through Amazon, when it arrived it was damaged, I tried to contact the company but just answer phone. I sent email but no response. I went through the online procedure the instruction was to take to drop off point and return, postage would be deducted from my refund! Disgusting service. Lesson learned check reviews!

Ordered Masonry paint via Amazon, ordered 2 tins and only needed one. I returned one tin over 7 weeks ago and Perfect2trade refusing to refund me now.

Ordered via Amazon fence paint which did arrive quickly, pity they sent the wrong colour and one of the tubs had leaked! As it’s a third party seller on Amazon I needed to contact them directly. Did eventually hear back asking me to return tub. No apology or offer of replacement/refund. How can I return a damaged leaking tub? Amazon have now promised they will see to refund but I’m still waiting!

The only reason we purchase the item was as it said Friday delivery as we had a BBQ on the Saturday . We purchased a bag locally so the purchase is not needed . Wasn’t my fault the parcel was four days late but expect me to pay return shipping costs .

Ordered from Amazon, Yodel tracking number issued but they never gave the parcel to Yodel. Took ages to reply to contact, didn’t even apologise of offer an explanation but processed a refund. No idea what game they’re playing but now reading reviews I’m not the only one!
