You've got to trust a company that is going to deal with your pension and I would recommend Pense. They are very professional and always responded to e-mails.

Pense was very good and lots of good updated info. Overall time was about 3 months as one my pension providers dragged there heels. But once clear very swift.

Pense were highly professional throughout the process. They kept me informed frequently and the end to end process was very smooth. Pense made a process that for the lay person can be complex and daunting, and managed the complexity, allowing me to proceed with confidence. They are also commercially competitive. My experience has been great and I have already recommended them to a friend.

5 minutes post an online enquiry, which did give me the info I wanted, I got a call from them.
On looking more closely at the page, I had given "permission to be contacted" this is why I am reluctant to give out details.
Please make "no contact" the default, if folk want a call they will ask.
The online calculator is good and works ,although a £2,495 (2.5%) advice fee for a draw down service seems steep.

I recently purchased an annuity with them and they kept me informed every step of the way and even got me compensation from my previous provider after they dragged their heels and delayed things. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent advice, clearly explained from Russell regarding transferring an AVC fund I had to get the best annuity currently available. Once I gave the go ahead, Amber guided me through the paperwork and all went through efficiently and surprisingly quickly. I can highly recommend using Pense's services.
