I wish I could have gave them ZERO stars!! This app is HORRIBLE!! I used Four to make a purchase with Amazon. Later Amazon canceled my order saying the card did not work. Yet Four charged me the whole 200 amount in payments of 4. I constantly reached out to Four to let them know what happened. I even sent supporting documents. One in which Amazon even sent me an email to give to Four letting them know that the card was not authorized due to card not working. Amazon tried 8 times and was unsuccessful each time. Even with proof. Then Four had the audacity to say I was behind on the payment for the card that did not work. I paid it only because I wanted to use my Spending limit. Even after payments being up to date, I STILL have no Spending power!! Four OWES me money now!! Every time I try reaching out to them. NO ONE responds back. Customer service is PATHETIC! There isnt any!!!! This app is showing to be a COMPLETE SCAM!!!!

My spending limit says 2000 but when I try to buy something from any store it says I have no spending power what's even better is this is happening to hundreds of people probably because their POS company is going under.

They don’t even deserve one star , their customer service is the worst , you can’t even get them to resolve your problem

Their app is slow, janky, and is not up to date with the latest sales/promotions of the merchants. For example, a store could be offering a percentage off or free shipping and it won’t show if you go on their app. It’s like they do it in purpose in order to generate higher payment installments. And another thing I paid off an order and they made 3 payment withdrawal attempts after the order was already completed. You can’t change due dates. All the good stores require a subscription. Don’t get me started on their platform fees. Horrible

This company run deceiving fraudulent business practices. I placed a order with them using their own debit card that they provide to you only to receive a email from the merchant that it was declined. However four took a payment from me to which I have not received refund for. There is zero human contact with this company which should be illegal. How can you operate a business taking people money and then when problems happen you cant talk to a human being to resolve it. I filed a complaint on bbb because they should be shut down or sued.

They will charge you their premium subscription fee to allow you to shop at any merchant and then decline the orders you place after they have your money. Literally a scam, stay away. They want your subscription money, they don't want to provide service to you.

Wants you to sign up for a monthly membership so you will be paying more for an item. TERRIBLE. They WOW you with a large spending limit but you're unable to use it. Zip or Afterpay is much better. Delete FOUR.

I am totally disappointed with this app! I have money to spend and can not for whatever reason! I have an accurate bank account! When I try to use customer services chat it only lets me type once!!!

I only had issues using it on temu for some reason temu wont accept four even though its on the four app. Other than that I have had no issues and have received all my orders

They charge you 3 payments and leave the payments on your account until they decide to get off their ass and give the money back..I just placed and order and 3 payments have been on my account all week .2 have already cleared my bank .they do not let you contact them..only provide a Bot and you cannot get to a live agent..piss poor app!!!!! Scam

I had fraudulent charges from this company. They reached out and verified that the account they were pulling the money for was not mine I was told there was nothing that they can do. I would need to contact my bank. I was then also told that they could do nothing about the upcoming payment that I had even though they fraudulently pull $1000 from my account for payments on an order that were not mine.

My refund amount is incorrect. I placed a order with Amazon for an amount of $153.70 and my first installment amount was $38.44.
This entire order was returned to Amazon. In my bank statement, my refund amount was only $9.49, where did you get $9.49 from? how is this possible? I should have received $38.44 as a refund. So they owe me $28.95. I have message them about this issue many times and I just get a generic response. No real reason as to why I got only $9.49. And how they will fix the mistake.

This app is terrible. They show u an amount your approved for but when u select a store it only gives u a certain amount to use. For example if I have 1,098 limit why am I only able to spend 400 at Amazon? NOT to mention Amazon is a PREMIUM store that I pay for monthly and when I try to sign in to my app through four I have to constantly sign In. I can’t even shop through their platform without getting my apps locked out or not logged into at all. I’ve asked these people SEVERAL times to see what the hang up is with their platform not staying signed in to certain apps and I’ve never gotten a good enough answer. Or one that made sense. This app is MONEY hungry and they only want your 12.99 a month. They don’t care if the apps work or not.

SCAM SCAM!! Purchased an item months ago paid it off before time. Still have a spending limit. Went back on there today to place an order and their system is not operating correctly. Customer service takes days to respond and they only respond with generic responses!

Scam. Will take your money then refuse to refund you for their subscription service you aren’t even using. Awful disgusting scamming company dont use it

I’m having problems getting my refund and canceling the subscription. They won’t give me my refund. I have been sending emails and messages to them and nothing. They will take your money and reject your claim. Ebay refund them and they won’t give me my refund. I have sent proof and still no refund. I want out. People work hard for their money and to be taken advantage of is ridiculous. It’s not worth it

I only gave it three stars because I’ve had one successful order out of the three I’ve placed with them . First, I ordered shoes through kids foot locker , FOUR took my money and two days went by and I noticed KFL never sent me a tracking number or email (which they always do after placing and order almost immediately) I get in contact with them and they have NO ORER under my account of which I placed it through. FOUR rejected my claim , won’t refund me and there still isn’t any order from the merchants side. They expect me to stick pay them which I will not! And will be disputing it . Secondly , I got a refund through ALI express because the vendor ripped me off and I had to fund circles and put in two claims for it to even get approved. Won’t be using them again .
