its basically a good app
four is a great app, its saved me more than once, if theres a return, four takes care of it . the only tyhing is now they wont let me access to the popular stores unless i join four plus, which is 12.99 a month. i would guess most users of four are using the app due to low income, but now with four plus, i have to rethink my next steps
Four is great
Four is great! They bill you in four equal installments… 25% down then the remaining 3 payments auto debit every 2 weeks from the date of purchase. They’re also really good about periodically upping your spend limit as long as you use the service responsibly and make on time payments. The only downfall is having to subscribe to “Four+” for $12.99/month to be able to use it at a majority of stores… they do have a free plan but there’s honestly really no stores to choose from on the free plan. Overall it’s an excellent service!

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. FOUR took money out of my account to pay for items I selected, but when I checked back, all of the items were still sitting in my cart as if I never completed the transaction. That makes absolutely no sense — how can my money be taken, but the order not go through?
What’s worse is that there is no real customer service support. There’s no one you can actually talk to for help or to get clarity. I’ve tried everything, and I’m getting nowhere. It honestly feels like I’ve been scammed.
I trusted this app to work properly and handle my payment securely. Now I’m left without my items, out of money, and without answers. I would strongly caution others to be careful using this platform until they fix this issue and improve their support system.

This place is a scam. I placed an order with Walmart they took the money out of my account. Walmart never received the order I called and they have nothing in the system regarding my name payment information or any orders. Can’t contact customer service as they give no options
Please FIX the PROBLEM/PROCESS
I only problem I have with FOUR is that with certain retailers, you do not get a confirmation email from that particular retailer. For example, when ordering from Shapellx, FOUR takes their part but the retailer know nothing about your order. You do not get a confirmation order email from the retailer as well. Shapellx will redirect you back to FOUR. This really needs to be corrected it's annoying and frustrating. The next thing you know, your order from Shapellx is at your door. But you got no receipt or nothing. What if I need to return or exchange? The only retailer that sends confirmation emails, from my experience has been NIKE.

Four has the worst customer service and they do not have good relationships for retailers. I put in an order to order something in the order did not go through the same day I put it in but the next two days for charge my account so my issue is, how are we charging people‘s accounts when the order did not go through do not use four until they get a customer service that you could talk to physically because the AI that they use does not help in the email service only is helpful unless you subscribe to the pay for plus to where you can get your answers and things done faster

Very disappointed! I tried to make a purchases at Walmart for groceries using the Four App. My money was debted from my account but I couldn’t use the card that was created to purchase. Then there is no way to chat online or over the phone to correct the problem. Now, I have to wait 3 days for someone to respond when I needed the groceries for my family today. Four, you need a better system.

This app is not great at all, especially when you need to reach out for customer service. You’re only going to be talking to a stupid AI chat representative that will not comprehend what you are asking or saying this app charged my debit card twice I suppose as a holding authorization fee, however there’s no need to charge a debit card twice so now I’m upside down in a limbo causing my bank account to be overdrafted. I don’t feel confident nor safe to shop with this online app I would recommend nobody to use this app because you will not be able to get in contact with anyone. I’ve sent over several emails. There’s no response. Your best bet is if this happens to you, you will need to contact your bank after the transaction has posted and have them to dispute the charge And delete this app for good.

I have had great experience with four. The app is easy to manage and payments are very affordable and help buy items and pay a few payments. I would recommend to anyone.
No customer service
No customer service. The phone number doesn’t work anymore. Message feature on app doesn’t work. Only way to contact them is through email. I started trying to get one simple issue resolved on April 30th. Have gotten no help resolving the issue and for the last two weeks they have decided to just completely ignore any emails I send asking for help
