I have been buying from Payless Medical for at least six years now, and in all that time, only once an order had a mistake in it. I was quite happy with how quickly they dealt with the problem and corrected it. Good company to deal with.

Website needs improving
There are no descriptions of the products. This is especially important when looking for products that are unscented. Product pics are too small and blurry; can't magnify. Some things are in the wrong category. Example: wheelchairs are under Home Medical Equipment instead of Mobility.

impressive delivery time and order accuracy
Impressed with how quickly the order arrives. Also, the order is complete. That was a major issue with my previous local supplier as was mistakes in accounting.
Only negative I have was searching product numbers on the website didn’t work. I had to scroll through categories which was far from optimum.
