Same as all the other reviews. Ordered a cat bed on 8th February which had a 6-10 day delivery. Never received it, just fobbed off with delays due to covid! I was offered a refund on 28th March and told to reply to the email which I did. Again nothing despite chasing them twice. It’s now 3 months since the order was placed and thankfully I only spent £8.99 because I don’t expect I’ll ever get it back. Avoid this website as they just take your money.

Same as all the other reviewers, taken my money and sent nothing - simple theft. Still can't find a company address, but when I do, I'll be starting a small claim.

Unfortunately I placed an order several weeks ago and haven't received it... have sent several emails and messages on instagram and no response. Do not order from here!!!

I ordered a dog bed on 6th February which was due to be delivered in 7 to 10 working days. I chased this via email and recited a reply in March apologising for the delay. I got a further one on 26th March saying it would be delivered in 7 to 14 days and since then I have had no more responses to emails. I commented on a Facebook book asking for an update on my order and the comment was removed! I can only assume that this company keep you engaged until your money is in their account and then ignore you. It is now 5th May and I have still not received my goods or a response requesting an update. Do not buy from this company!

Would give 0 if I could. Still no delivery after 2 months this is ridiculous. Chased by email and nothing back.

Same as everyone else have been scammed order 2 cooling mats on 23rd March and received email to say item had been packed and nothing. Have bombarded them with emails and refund requests and nothing.... Absolutely fuming how is this so called company still trading wish I had read the reviews.

Constantly fobbed off whilst waiting a grossly unacceptable time for order.
If they are still trading, stay well clear!!

Same, ordered 14th March ,received email on 13th to say order was ready, still waiting. I have sent 2 emails with no response, the 2nd one bounced back with failed delivery to me today. I wish I had read the reviews first. Obvious scam company. Avoid like the plague. They are theives.

I have also been scammed This company takes your money and doesn't deliver. Shame on you

Same as everyone money taken no goods received. Report it to your bank. If we all do this the site should get shut down. My bank say the payment was made to Manchester.
Scam. My bank Santander have credited my account as I reported this company.

I have waited over a month for my item, sent 3 e mails with no response, tracking says it was delivered to an address in England but it wasn’t my address. Absolutely scammed, don’t use these fraudsters

Item was due last week , no sign , noone replies to emails or messages and have taken money ! Disgusting service

I'm afraid like many people have already stated on here I too have paid and received nothing. Ordered an item in February and 2 months later has still not arrived.
Have e-mailed for a refund but no reply.

I ordered my goods Feb 8th and after 30 days of not receiving I asked for a refund,only contact is via e.mail.
I bombarded then with requests for my money back. I had a reply on March 15th that my refund would be in my account.It is now April 27 th! Its unbelievable a company can continue with this scam , steal peoples money and still trade, they are criminals ! And if you read this Pawtastic I challenge you to reply
Update today June 27 th no goods and no refund.

Still waiting for beds I ordered Feb 7th. I have emailed them countless times and requested a refund but nothing. This site is a scam....seem to be taking peoples money and sending nothing.

Why is this company still trading? Because they take your money, send you nothing but empty promises and no refunds. Disgraceful bunch of con artists. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Appalling company. I ordered an item on the 18th of Match and along with many other customers have not received the item or a refund.

If there was the option of zero stars I would choose that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
