Wouldn't even give them 1 star but no option to give nothing! Avoid at all cost. Ordered a cushion bed for my dog and hasn't arrived over a month later. This website needs to be shut down and investigated, they are taking peoples money, this is theft if not providing the goods!!

Never received my order. Tried to contact them on numerous occasions and never got a reply. Yesterday they had the cheek to ask me to review my purchases!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PAWTASTIC. I placed an order for a dog bed at the beginning of March it advised 6-10 days for delivery and I still haven't received the item. I have requested a refund however they have not responded.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dog bed in early April, cancelled the order within 24 hours and asked for an immediate refund - to date, still no refund, still no dog bed. I’ve sent numerous emails, but have received no response. This is a scam. Trading Standards should investigate.

these are the worst company for everything you can think of, i wouldnt pay them in washers.this company puts you off buying online, they are scammers

Fraudulent website. Do not buy from them. They don’t supply the goods and you cannot contact them.

This is NOT a real site! Do not be fooled into thinking because it’s ‘co.uk’ it’s valid or British in any way. I tried to buy a dog toothbrush way back in March. Never arrived. I never had a reply to emails & upon reading other reviews I realise it’s a scam. I feel fortunate I only spent £10 compared to others who spent more. Please DO NOT USE.

Do not order from this site. Goods are not delivered and you cannot communicate with the company. Had to get payment back from bank. If this has happened to you too contact Trading Standards to report to stop this company continuing to act fraudulently.

Ordered dog bed weeks ago. No reply to emails or Instagram messages. This website needs to be shut down. Complete scam.

Brought a bed for my little pug as she was having puppies. 5 weeks down the line it hasn't turned up when I'm the first place we was told 10 days. I've emailed them a number of times with no response. Don't waste your time or money with a company that doesn't deliver.

It’s a scam. I’d give zero stars if I could. Same as many others here I ordered a dog bed back in March after seeing ads on Facebook. I had the email saying there was a delay due to Covid, then one saying it was ready for dispatch and a tracking number. These are just delaying tactics. It’s still saying it’s due and it’s now late May. I’ve called the bank and put in a claim. They cancelled my card just in case. I’ve complained to Facebook as they’re still taking ad revenue and hosting the page but my complaint wasn’t upheld because the video didn’t break their rules apparently. Absolutely useless. I’ll be going to Trading Standards to complain about Pawtastic and Facebook, neither of whom have a contact number.
On the plus side I have bought a similar style bed from a genuine company called ‘The Brooklyn’ (dot.sg) They were fantastic and it arrived earlier than expected.

Please don't order from this company. Pawtastic I order a collar a few weeks back and still haven't received it. I've contacted them more than a few times now. Today I got in touch with my bank thank god. I'm so frustrated.

Same as everyone else on here, ordered a dog bed way back in March, requested a refund several times when the bed didn’t arrive but have had no response. This site should be shut down. It’s just a massive scam.

Ordered a bed at the beginning of April from this company because they had such good reviews on their site! No bed arrived and no reply to my email well over a week ago. So angry!!!

Okay everyone. I have had the same problem with Pawtastic. They are not a legitimate company. I have just contacted my bank 'Smile The Internet' you can all get a refund as long as it was no longer than 120 days after the purchase date on a debit card and I think up to two years on a credit card. My purchase was for £27.99 a lot of money to lose for nothing. I'm hoping their bad karma will give you peace that you will at least get your money back. It doesn't take long to do. Good luck beautiful people.

My order has not arrived, took a month to confirm shipping another month has gone by. Emails and 'Live Chat' are responded by automated responses only. I am really annoyed by this company. They do not even deserve 1 star.

Terrible, ordered and paid for a dog bed which never arrived, the same as so many other people! I just wish that I had read these reviews first! Absolutely no response when I tried to chase the order.
So, really zero stars!

Ordered 25th march, was patient in waiting a few weeks. Update on tracking says order has been ready since 14th April and would take 5-6 working days to arrive. I asked for update twice and had zero response. This was an anxiety bed for my small dog, clearly a well needed purchase and now been left without. Disgraceful
