Appalling company. I ordered an item on the 18th of Match and along with many other customers have not received the item or a refund.

If there was the option of zero stars I would choose that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a terrible company and suspect that it doesn't exist at all. I ordered a dog bed in March which has not arrived. Emails have not been answered, no explanations have been given and there is no number on the website to call. I asked for a refund which has not been forthcoming. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Now that I have read other people's similar experiences I am considering reporting them to trading standards.

order pet beds in February still have not arrived ..constantly emailing no reply..disgraceful service..do not use this company..have had one email weeks ago to say another 7 to 14 days . back in March..

Only giving 1 star because I have too. As per all the other reviews, placed my order mid March and despite emails querying where my order is...NOTHING! Disgusting company for misleading people and taking their money. Hopefully my credit card company can reimburse me.

Do not buy from this company. They never respond to emails and do not send our goods. Now trying to get money back from bank. Scam please avoid.

Do not order from this company. Ordered in January. Received one item still waiting on second item. Waiting on refund. Buy from Amazon instead.

Worst company I have even dealt with, lousy customer service and if you order anything from them you will probably never get it

Ordered 2 cat blankets on the 12th of Feb and still not arrived 10 weeks later, no response from several e-mails, when they did finally respond they said it would be with me in 7-14 days.... we're well past that now and still waiting. My e-mails have now started to bounce back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Took over 6 weeks to arrive and they only sent half of what I ordered and paid for.

ordered cat blanket 8 Feb.I have sent numerous emails to them.have had several emails to inform me my order is on it's way as well as ones asking me to review purchase.phone no disconnected. a scam do not order from them.

I order a blanket for my cat archie months ago lm still waiting and so send a email asking for a refund

Dreadful experience. Like everyone below I think these people may be scammers. I have wasted nearly £100 and still not received my goods. I have contacted them twice in the last two weeks and they have not responded. I do not now really expect to see my goods. I just wish I had checked this company out here before ordering. A very expensive lesson!

1 star is too good for this company. I made my order 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent 4 emails and none and been replied too. Please stay away from
This company could be a scam/fake I don’t want anyone to experience this and loose money like I did.

I wanted to give no stars,as this company is a total joke & most likely a scam.

They take your payment & do not send your order. I have messaged them 3 times over the past 20 days & they do not even have the respect to reply.

Ordered 20 February, still not received. They don’t answer emails. Have no idea how to get a refund. 1 star is too good for these CON ARTISTS! Absolutely disgusted with them. VILE SCAM CON ARTISTS.

Ordered a dog bed early Feb, still have not recieved it, I have emailed at least 8 times, with a automated response each time. This company takes your money quick enough and does not deliver your goods or any refund.
Stear clear otherwise you will get robbed.

Exactly the same as everyone below. Ordered my dog abed 20th March still no correspondence or order (13th April) emailed them weeks ago, still no response. Apparently they answer emails in order of receipt and if you chase your email you go to the bottom of the list. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS "COMPANY".
Just glad I didn't order the 3 beds i was planning to.

Terrible company, they make no effort to speak to you about your order when it does not arrive in the time stated. I ordered in March and still no product or response when I emailed. Do not use this company unless you want to throw your money away!
