My 1.5 year old Shih Tzu loves his food!! It smells good and looks like real food. His poops look healthy and don't stink as much like they have on other food, and he's thriving. He's always really excited to eat his food and he licks his plate clean! Sometimes the cartons do leak a little when defrosting, especially the fish one, but I just rest the box in a plastic container to catch any potential leaks. Love that I can just recycle all the packaging though and no plastic waste so it's totally worth it and that's only a very minor detail and still think the food and delivery etc is all 5*. Customer service has also always been great if I've ever had an issue. Would definitely recommend!

My extremely fussy cockapoo absolutely loves his Paws on Plates meals - he always cleans his bowl! I love that it is meaty but packed with recognisable chunks of veg and I love that all the packaging is recyclable...so no wastage there either.

I've just received my first order and currently trialling the menu to see how my dog likes it. Was with Different Dog for 3 years but a patronising experience with one of their customer services left a sour taste so wanted to find a company who provided excellent dog food but importantly also delivered excellent customer service.
My first order did encounter delivery issues but after a couple of emails they responded in exactly the way I would want and expect from a quality supplier. Something Different Dog lacked.
My dog Hamish seems to be thoroughly enjoying his new recipes and his poops are still good ( always a good sign ). It's early days yet to be fully on board but I am planning to go for a second order and see what happens. Keep up the good work Paws on Plates, you have a great future ahead!

Food my dog ,a Staffie, actually eats! Means a lot with Benny! LoL ! Good quality food what looks and smells good without all the hassle of preparing it all by yourself, and you can be sure your dogs gets the best food at a reasonable price!

Paw-fection!🐾
I love everything about this company; the history, the ethos, the packaging, the food….and so does my puppy Ralfie.
Plenty of recipes and treats too.
Thank you.
I would highly recommend Paws on Plates.

Have been using Paws on a Plate for about 4/5 months now and my toy poodle puppy just loves it. The bowl gets cleaned out everytime and she is always excited for meal times.

The quality of the food is just great and doesn't compete at all with any of the other big brands. Yes it's pricey but worth every penny as I know my pup is getting the best and highest quality food there is.

Cant recommend the company more so thank you!!

The service is very good, the quality of the food is excellent, and my little dog is not having so many tummy issues with this food.

Really impressed with Paws on Plates. Ordering. delivery, storage and amendments are all easy to arrange but most importantly, I believe, the food is good and my dog adores it!
Their website explains clearly and simply their approach to dog food and it's done wonders for my hound. She has trimmed down to her ideal weight and her coat is lovely and shiny. The food comes frozen and once defrosted smells absolutely delicious....we've been tempted to try it for an evening meal ourselves!! (not really). As for expense; yes, it is costly but it is worth every penny.

Great company run by great people.
The food has also been great for our dog, and she has finally settled into a brand she likes rather than being picky. Would definitely recommend!

The dog food came in great packaging.
You got sent a booklet with your order welcoming you to Paws on Plates.
Valid information of how to store your food, transitioning your dog from there food to Paws on Plates.
The food is of high quality on how it is prepared and presented.
Also any problems you can email the team. Excellent service
Highly recommended.

Switched over from Years dog food (another quality brand) Paws on Plates is a top quality food and the customer service from this company is excellent.

My dogs love the food but I have had so many issues with orders and delivery. I was due to have a delivery on 2 Jan which didn’t show. I then contacted them and they said it would arrive Tuesday 6th. No sign and they don’t update your records to reflect the revised date. I have ended up paying for an order that I thought would arrive on the required date. I had to contact them to find out what had happened and still have no tracking for my order and I am out of food. The food quality is great but probably need to work on the delivery and online account system.

Great food for any dogs highly recommend to buy thankyou

Great customer service sadly fussy pooch was not a big fan especially of the salmon.

I love this company. Whenever I’ve had concerns, they’ve responded quickly, and the dog food is excellent. You can clearly see the chunks of vegetables, which I think are so important for our dogs. My dog is loving it and is full of energy. I also love their eco-friendly packaging.

I switched to this from Years dog food due to financial issues. This food is about half the price and my dog has been so much better on it. She used to vomit at least once a week and I still don’t know why however she’s vomited once in the 6 months she’s been on this food. The customer service is exemplary and I genuinely have zero complaints.

We’ve been using Paws on Plates for around 4 months now and everything has been perfect from start to finish. The food arrives well packaged and frozen, the ingredients are clearly high quality, and most importantly our dog absolutely loves it.

Since switching, we’ve noticed great digestion, good energy levels, and empty bowls every mealtime. Ordering and delivery have been seamless, and the overall service has been excellent. Definitely worth it!

As always our subscription arrived on time and correctly chilled/frozen, and more importantly Betty loves meal times. Thanks for your continued quality product and service.

Absolutely amazing!!
My dog finally loves mealtimes again, excellent quality and customer service is outstanding, can’t recommend enough!

amazing food! My very fussy cockapoo always wants more. We made the decision of training him with a 'dinner' button if he was hungry, wrong move with Paws on Plates, he presses it all the time! Love the packaging and the whole story around this food. I definitely recommend it. Biscuit gives it a 10/10+ recommendation too.
