My puppy absolutely LOVES her meal times now. She gets so excited and before, she really wasn't interested at all! The food is such great quality, id eat it myself if it meant Pebbles wouldn't be without. Thanks so much Paws on Plates - Sam and the team!

Finley loves your food and is the best he has been since starting it.

My fussy Cavapoochon Lady Coco , who suffers from a sensitivity to chicken was finding her daily turkey dinners very boring ! Then along came paws on plates . The first time I can honestly say she goes back and licks her bowl clean , so much so I questioned if I was giving her the correct amount , as I thought she was still hungry as she’d never done that before !as it turns out -She was just enjoying the food and the variety she could have eg lamb , salmon and turkey , beef or salmon & veg . No chicken in sight . She absolutely loves this food . Thank you guys - you’ve done a super job !!

Food is amazing my cockapoo is actually excited for dinner time now, it’s great knowing my dog is fed with the finest ingredients and also not at a terrible price point for fresh food, only thing I’d say is the website isn’t very user friendly and it’s quite difficult to alter subscription etc other than that an amazing service and company

All the recipes are excellent and gobbled up by Henry!

We have a particularly fussy dog and have worked through a buck of the more premium dog foods settling in butternut box, although lots of dinners would still go uneaten. Switched to paws on plates and she goes straight in! Plus, the cardboard packaging is better! Sam and the team have done a great job here, would definitely reccommend

My dog loves this food. Nice chunky bits. Bowl empty in under 60 seconds. I like the packaging too.

Only recently started my pup on paws on plates due to him having sensitive tummy and having tried lots of other different foods. He now licks his bowl clean which he has not done for a long time. It’s so nice to find a food that he actually likes and no longer has tummy issues. The customer service has been amazing and the food quality is amazing I would definitely recommend to family and friends and will continue to use. Sam has been amazing and nothing has been too much trouble and any problems (my fault not paws on plates) has been resolved quickly

I’d give 3.5 if I could, but more 4 then 3. Food is very good quality and my dog loves it, unfortunately it absolutely reeks of playdough (best way I can describe it), it makes him smell of it and I just can’t get past it. I also do find that sometimes the food goes mushy/watery where it’s defrosting in the fridge, but I usually just drain the extra water away.

There’s a few annoyances with the website, such as there’s no way to edit your dogs info. I requested an edit to my puppies weight via live chat as we weren’t getting enough food now that he’s grown, they said it would need to be done via email and that they would send a form for us to fill out which we never received. You also have separate subscriptions for each flavour, not just one for each dog, so when it came to cancelling I had to cancel each flavour separately. If there’s a way to do it all together it wasn’t obvious to me.

They’re a fairly new company so most of this is to be expected, the food is great quality and nutritious. I just can’t get over how it makes him smell unfortunately.

Fantastic food and service — Daisy finally loves mealtimes!

Our Cavapoochon, Daisy (15 months old), has always been such a fussy eater. We’ve tried more or less every brand out there with little success. Then we discovered Paws on Plates, and it’s been a complete game changer! Daisy absolutely loves this food and, for the first time, is actually putting on healthy weight.

The customer service is second to none — friendly, responsive, and they genuinely care about their customers. The meals are packaged well and delivered by DPD, a courier we trust and use ourselves.

We also love that it’s a business local to us, using local produce, which makes us feel even better supporting them.

Thank you, Paws on Plates, for finally making mealtimes stress-free — Daisy gives you a paws up!

First of all, I would like to say that Paws to Plate is the best dog food I have ever bought. The fresh vegetable content is incredible and having done my research I am happy and confident that Paws to Plate has everything both our 6 year old epileptic Schnoodle and 3 month old Schnoodle need and they absolutely love the flavour of the food. Our 6 year old Schnoodle is a very fussy eater and she goes off of dog food very easily and he have to shop around to keep her interested in eating. She absolutely loves Paws to Plate every time and she asks for more between meals, but we stick to the amount she needs for her weight and she always goes back to check her bowl after finishing. I can tell that she looks forward to meals now.

Secondly, I would like to acknowledge the high customer service that Paws to Plate has given to me. I had some questions about my order and Sam at Paws to Plate was very prompt and friendly in answering them. Went the extra mile and was very personable.

So with excellent nutrition, a food our fussy 6 year old dog loves and the great customer service, we will be continuing with our weekly subscription order.

Highly recommend.

Thank you

Rob and Carmina

I couldn’t be more impressed by this company! My mini dachshund loves every single one of the recipes and treats. The rating on the AADF at 95% did it for me, as well as their story. So impressed with their packaging too, it arrived completely frozen. Just love everything about it! I researched a lot of company’s and Paws on Plates was the most value for money too. This company is going to be huge I just know it. Thank you.

My two pooches both have sensitive tummies so finding a food to suit them both has been difficult to say the least. Paws on Plates have delivered in every sense. A delivery issue outside of their control saw the owner making personal phone calls and putting things right and you can’t say fairer than that. It’s a true measure of a business when they know how to handle adversity. When the dogs did get to taste the food they both loved it too…one normally spits out her veggies but she ate the lot! I’m delighted with the quality of food and how well it suits my pooches so we’ll be sticking with Paws!

Great Service and my dogs looooveee the food !

Food was defrosted. Some of the pots didn’t have sleeves so the lids had come off and food was loose in the box. The pots didn’t appear to be packed well. My dog didn’t like any of the treats I ordered. All went in the bin. I did receive a refund. Not a good impression for a first order.

Changed to 3 star for the honest feedback. The 3 star is not a reflection of the quality of food and would try again when the defrost issue for small pots has been resolved.

Great company, love the fact I'm getting the best quality food for my puppy and supporting a local business. You can see the quality of the food which really gives you peace of mind that they're getting the best quality food with the highest nutrition possible. I used All About Dog Food like my bible and these guys are the highest rated for fresh food which is amazing considering they are a brand new business. I always smile when I see their Instagram posts because it's just so nice to see businesses doing well, especially these days! My puppy loves loves loves his food and scoffs it all every time without fail! We noticed such an improvement in his health as well. His breath doesn't smell, his teeth are great, his coat doesn't smell, I can't say that it's shiny because he's cream and curly so it's hard to tell, but it's very soft. His eyes are bright and his skin and ears are great. His poos have also been just how they should be, and that's a great indicator, I think, at how good the food is. I really can't recommend them enough and I tell everyone I know about them.

Great food! My dog absolutely loves Paws On Plates - he licks out every corner of the slow feeder bowl to make sure there is nothing left. It even smells really nice to me too!

The total BEST. It's like ButternutBox used to be when they first started. Looks and smells like proper food and most importantly, the pups love it. Great service. Highly recommended.

I was searching for a new food that met my dogs needs! I came across paws on plates and after previously using other fresh food brands this company really is different! I love the fact they back British farmers and the 100% plastic and mess free packaging! My dog absolutely loves this food and licks the bowl clean every time. The quality of the food is incredible and my girl is no longer scratching her ears or chewing her feet.. she is actually so much calmer too which is lovely! The customer service is brilliant and delivery is always on time and packed very well! The treats are a massive hit in this house too! If you are wanting to try a fresh food brand I would 100% recommend Paws on plates!

Paws on plates gets 5* from me & of course my puppy. Our mini schnauzer was losing interest in his kibble so after extensive research we decided to give Paws on Plates a try. He's now coming up to his 4th delivery and wow what a difference it has made! Our puppy, now almost 6 months old absolutely loves it and is thriving. There is never a spot left in his dish and he always gets excited at meal times. It smells and looks so good, full of exactly the right ingredients needed. Ordering is so simple. Do it once and it automatically schedules the next delivery 4 weeks later. You can change the flavours at any time too. Sam is extremely helpful and accommodating especially after I realised I had left some food in our caravan freezer so was running low at home! Very pleased they use recyclable packaging 👍. I will definitely keep using it and recommend it to anyone 😊
