This is my third review for Patient Services! I am going to post as many as I can until someone flags this up and closes their business! How is this company still active, I don't understand!

I have never seen such unprofessional team! So poor quality work they are doing! All they do is lie, cheat, threaten with legal action! I have paid a lot of money for the ad and with absolutely no outcome! Not a single message or phone call for my services!

Patient Services, you are a disgrace!

This scum company has nothing to do with the NHS. Do not believe the rubbish that comes out of their salesmans mouth. They are nothing but a bad advertising company that produces cheap and nasty banners that are displayed in hospitals. My 12 year old nephew could produce better artwork than what they do. If there was a way of giving zero stars then I would have done so.

This is a previous review which I totally agree with. They are bullies, harassing small self employed businesses, putting pressure on for those to sign up, no time to think or cool off. Don’t meet timescales given and when asked for assistance they ignore any request. There should be an option to give negative stars, as they don’t deserve one. They sell saying that the work with the NHS and this is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Patient Services are a team of very sophisticated scammers selling advertising contracts to place adds in hospitals without the hospitals agreement. I realised as soon as I had signed the contract that it wasn’t right and said I wasn’t going ahead but they have now involved a debt collection company, so I will have to get legal help, wish I had reported them immediately.

Please don’t use there or trust a word they say they Lie and robbery you for your moneys. They don’t provide the service they sell you I don’t know how the hospital is allowing these to work in the hospitals on their behalf of advertising. I have spend £1400 so far and they still want another £550. I am getting legal advice and inform my bank as I’ve asked for a full refund. Which they said no. And as a new company struggling to keep open, and would hoping
Advertising in hospital would be ideal for me to get new customers as I’m in the care industry. What a big mistake I have made.

Asking on behalf of a friend, has anyone received a court summons from this company?
My friend is receiving demands for outstanding payments with threats of legal action.

Company owns money to HSBC.
Guy called Simon scams small businesses.
Takes deposit and even first payment and never does the job.
Luckily I have my money back through LLOYDS fraud help.

I suspect this is a SCAM address for patient online access to your NHS GP
It leads the user into entering email and password details then states a "password change" email is being sent to your email address to reset it, but it is not! Whole process is very suspicious.
It's best to use another provider for setup of your online GP access. I note there is no Google Play official app!! Better safe than sorry
