My experience with Dubaicare Insurance and Mednet has been consistently terrible. Delayed approvals, unjustified claim rejections, and zero coordination between both parties make even basic processes exhausting.
Customer support is ineffective—no clear answers, no accountability, and no urgency. You end up chasing them repeatedly with no resolution.
For services related to health, this level of inefficiency is unacceptable. It feels like customers are left to deal with unnecessary stress due to poor management and lack of professionalism
