I went on Hajj (2017)with Arif haj and umrah services with my husband and mother in law.My mother in law was in a wheelchair so Uncle Altaf and his family guided us throw our hajj, and made sure we got the best experiance on our hajj despite that my auntie was in a wheelchair. Everything went smoothly with no issues.
We had a really good experiance that we decided to go to umrah(with Arif hajj and umrah services) in December 2018 with all my children and husband. Once again we had lovely experience and can't thank Arif hajj and umrah services enough.I would highly recommend Arif hajj and umrah services to anyone thinking of going to hajj or umrah.

I had the opportunity of a lifetime to perform umrah with my father who is currently bed bound. All of this was only possible thanks to Arif hajj and umrah services. Brother Altaf looked after our needs and went out of his way to ensure the facilities and access for my father in wheelchair was spot on. Also I must emphasise on his local area contacts and links which is extremely important when your travelling with a health patient, it honestly isn’t worth saving a few pounds and putting a loved ones health at risk. I honestly felt like Altaf of Arif Hajj and umrah services was a member of my family going out of his way to ensure my dad was ok and only a phone call or text message away.I would highly recommend travelling with them in the future and also recommend them in a heartbeat to everyone. May Allah swt give bless them in abundance for their great services and may the Almighty grant them the capacity to take many of you under their wing in sha allah. You won’t regret it 😊.

I can honestly and whole heartedly say Arif hajj and umrah services did a fantastic job in looking after their hujaaj. There were some small issues which I think were unavoidable when you are dealing with a large group and not every thing in your controls. The problem about block drains was out of their control and was dealt very efficiently. We were looked after well by all of the family. Whenever we needed any help Haji Iltaf was always there to support and answer any queries we had.
All three of us had an excellent experience and we believe we were looked after throughout the entire pilgrimage. We would definitely recommend this hajj group to anyone looking to make their journey of a lifetime.

It is fair to say that these agents tarnished a once in a lifetime opportunity. We booked a package for 22 days but ended up with 18 days instead. They assured my family and I that this would be rectified once we were in Medina during the latter part of the trip by speaking to the Airline company. There was no proof that the management actively visited the airport as they did not take a member of the family with them, which they promised they would. There was absolutely no indication of compensation toward the end of the trip which was worsened by the fact that the management had the nerve to ask for a positive review in spite of all their glaring and almost unforgivable flaws.

I have waited a fair amount of time over the past several months for these agents to contact us regarding any form of compensation but have still received nothing as of yet, and quite frankly, I don't believe we will.

If you want a step by step guide of how to ruin a once in a lifetime trip, look no further than Arif Hajj and Umrah Group. Firstly, they somehow managed book the wrong package, after we agreed which one to use. At first we thought like other people to let it go as an unfortunate oversight. However, the sheer arrogance and mismanagement went up a notch when we got to our destination. Lifts that did not work, the hotel room in a terrible state and the food was not even a soup kitchen's standard. The family who ran the group walked around like they were 10 men and bullied their way around. I am glad to say our complaint has been accepted at a high level, which should make them see reality. After seeing them win awards and have really positive reviews, its fair to say either they are paying people or its being done through fear. DO NOT go near these guys. Its poison and above all they will blackmail you for forgiveness at Arafah!!!!

From the get go, this group caused us many problems. Whether it was somehow 'losing' the original package we had and still making us pay the same price for a shorter period or just being wholly disorganised in general. They really showed to be rude, inept and quite frankly useless in providing any decent service. The management was extremely shoddy and the conditions of the hotel in Mecca were deplorable- ranging from cramped bathrooms to substandard food. Ultimately, the best parts of my family and I's Hajj experience came when this group had the most minimal involvement. They're insolent, deceptive and thieving with a total disregard for privacy and self-respect. Really not sure what all the positive reviews are talking about!

Alhumdulillah I had the opportunity of a lifetime to do hajj this year 2018 and I would like to recommend uncle Arif hajj and umrah services. They looked after our needs and provided us with all that was promised in our package .we felt like they were family and were very attentive and helpful.I would definitely travel with them in the future and also recommend to family and friends. May Allah swt give them tofeeq to provide everyone their services that always come with a smile😊.

This was our first hajj pilgrimage along with my wife and my mother. We had nothing but great service and caring people with Arif Hajj & Umrah Services.

Intially when we arrived in Makkah we had minor issues with the hotel room, but it was dealt with the staff promptly.

My immediate family has previously been with Arif Hajj & Umrah Services and have said complmentary things of there service.

The Arif group were polite, attentative towards us and made us feel welcome. I've been reading some of the reviews and i can honestly say we never encountered any problems throughout our stay in Makkah and Madinah.

We had an amazing experience which is the understatement of understatements and would happily go again and recommend to anyone to go with Arif Hajj & Umrah Services.

Went to Umrah with family in April 2018. Going again December 2018 and Hajj 2019. You will not be disappointed with Arif Hajj & Umrah. 5 gold stars all the way. Enough said.

Masha Allah very friendly and accommodating group. Went out their way to meet our needs and deliver what was promised. Hotels were economy standard, clean and not far from the haram- both in Makkah and Madinah Shareef. You get what you pay for. Overall would definitely recommend this group, down to earth people who try to get to know each Haji individually and support you throughout the trip!

Passport 2 Hajj agents. Deceptive & Dishonest. Offer you the best service under the sun whilst you are in the UK. Once you arrive in Saudi they are worst ever agents my father has ever traveled with, blocked drains in the hotel which they have a lease for, do not offer basics such as towels, hygiene in hotel extremely poor. The father of the travel agency is arrogant, aggressive and abusive, & then has the cheek to ask for forgiveness for all that went wrong during the stay so far. On the day of Arafat. Be careful keep away go elsewhere. I would like this agent to be investigated as Hajj is suppose an experience of a lifetime that everyone looks forward to. They do not represent the core values and abuse the system due to travelers not being aware of their rights
