Nightmare of my umrah trip with my…

Nightmare of my umrah trip with my family , wallah I’m here in hotel in medina that they booked , where the AC is not working we can hardly breath, they windows we can open because the handles are broken and they put screws on windows to keep them closed , I swear we came from Makkah 4 hours travel and waited 2 hours in lobby to get a room , they cleaned a room with bleach where we had to leave the room door open for an hours still we can’t sleep , it’s almost 4:08 my daughter is crying my wife is ill and this guy in zam zam travels is taking a piss and making fake promises that he is going to sort it out , I wish if I could show you guys this room

Hello to the new generation handling of…

Hello to the new generation handling of all worries related to the holidays.. the people there are best and helpful,, it was first time and upon my friend’s recommendation i chose them and trusted for my holiday travel !! My experience was great and i highly recommend them and i am booking with them again very soon !!

This was our first time performing…

This was our first time performing Umrah and we chise Zam Zam Travels for our bookings .., The boy Murtza is oh my my… such a lovely boy he explained the full process and guided us very well ..
The visa , the hotels and transport everything was on spot and arranged smoothly and we felt supported throughout the journey..
happy and recommended.!!!

Zamzam travels contacted us trying to…

Zamzam travels contacted us trying to get us to remove our reviews. We asked them to pay back £122,43. They stated, we will give you voucher. Like we will ever use them again. This travel agent are very quick to take peoples money.

We take customer concerns seriously and aim to resolve all matters fairly and transparently.

This review refers to a single booking and a single refund amount of £122.43, which has already been addressed with the customer. Multiple reviews referencing the same refund amount and the same issue have now been posted from different accounts and are currently under review with Trustpilot as duplicate experiences.

We do not contact customers to request removal of reviews. Any communication was solely to offer a resolution within the terms provided at the time of booking.

We remain committed to honest service and welcome genuine, single-experience feedback.

Zam zam travel and tours honor is…

Zam zam travel and tours honor is deceitful person. I went him for an advise about USA Visa interview appointment. He told me that if there are minor mistakes in getting appointment we'll charge you minor amount, if major mistakes then we'll charge you more amount. I told him ok but before asking for amount charges please ask me. When he asked for huge money, I told him that I can not give you money so please stop my interview appointment even then he took an appointment with different application I'd which creat a lot of problem for me to pursue the case in USA embassy. So zam zam travel and tours is totally fraud and misguiding the people for money

ZamZam Travels is a UK-based travel agency providing Umrah, Hajj and holiday travel services only.
We do NOT provide any USA visa, embassy appointment, or immigration-related services whatsoever.
After checking all internal records, we confirm that the reviewer has never been our client and no such person exists in our system.
The claims regarding visa appointment manipulation, money demands, and fraudulent activity are completely false, defamatory and misleading.
This review has been formally reported to Trustpilot for fake experience, impersonation, and defamation, and legal action will be pursued if it is not removed.

We booked 10 days for umrah

We booked 10 days for umrah. 5 days in Mecca and 5 in Madina. Alhumdaliah everything went fine, the hotel location in Mecca was excellent and zam zam organised all out travel from and to airport and including ziyarts. I’m based in Leeds and they are based in Luton, I didn’t know these people and took a big risk to pay for 6 people for umrah, not knowing if it would go to plan. Murtaza was excellent and advised us all the way and kept in touch and thanks to him we was able to complete our umrah with ease. Jzk

My Parents Experience

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, who booked an Umrah package with Zamzam Travel UK.
Although payment was taken quickly, the service during the trip was extremely poor. My parents waited over 3 hours for airport transport in Jeddah with no communication. In Makkah, they were wrongly told to check out early despite having paid until 20 December, causing repeated problems.
The worst experience was in Medina, where they were forced to leave the hotel despite having one paid night remaining. After waiting over an hour to reach the agency, they were left in the hotel lobby for 4 hours with no solution.
They were forced to book another hotel themselves at a cost of 620 SAR, which Zamzam Travel UK has refused to refund.
Very unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Regarding the transportation delay on arrival in Jeddah and the confusion around hotel arrangements, we acknowledge that the experience did not meet the standard we aim to provide. Some of the issues mentioned were related to third-party service providers and hotel management, however we fully accept that better communication and support should have been provided from our side at the time.

With respect to the Madinah hotel situation, this was an unexpected hotel-side issue on the final night. Our team remained in contact and attempted to assist, though unfortunately a satisfactory resolution could not be reached immediately, which we deeply regret. We understand why your parents chose to arrange alternative accommodation in those circumstances.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we do not take such feedback lightly. We are open to reviewing the matter again and encourage you to contact us directly so we can reassess the situation and work toward a fair resolution.

We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes and service for future pilgrims.
