Using this service is so convenient, simple, comfortable etc. Just a great way to park your ride. On this particular trip, we did pick up a screw in the parking area. We let the hotel know but this could happen anywhere and there are never any guarantees. It was a simple fix and back on the road.

Reservation was canceled within the 24 hour period and never received a refund on my $52.

The parking is a great option. Because if a late schedule issue we were unable to stay at the hotel as we had planned, but have stated there before and really enjoyed it.

The room was great to ride back-and-forth to the airport was short, and I cannot recommend this place more highly

The whole process was easy and we had a very early flight so needed to be a the airport extremely early. The shuttle driver moved us along quickly. It helped to go to bed early before our journey.

The room was easy to book, relatively clean and of course very affordable. You have to balance the price versus the rental. The breakfast was what you would expect in a sub $100 room. The location was perfect and the parking lot, albeit small, was a notable plus. The beds were past their prime, but the linen was clean.

Easy online reservation but I wish cancelling or making a date change was just as easy online

My vehicle was secure and no issues at all with the shuttle! Plus a great nights sleep.

I only give it 1 star because i cant give it a zero. I booked my room to park my car while i fly out. There is supposed to be a shuttle to the airport. They do not have that.

I truly appreciate the capability of being able to arrive at a hotel the night before I fly out, and effortlessly being able to leave my car at the hotel to pickup on my return home. It is so convenient. Much easier than going to an extended parking facility.
The issue I have is that the reservation number I received is YOUR reservation number, not the reservation number that the hotel uses and references for my hotel room. So when I called to confirm the booking at the hotel, they told me they had no record of it. They tried looking for under my name and got nothing. So then I had to search all over trying to find a customer service number and found you don’t have one. So then I sent an email explaining the problem. The following day I got an email back saying, here use this reservation number, which was different and that is was the reservation number the hotel uses. So then I called the hotel with the alternate reservation number and they confirmed the reservation. Why on earth, don’t you send the reservation number the hotel uses the first time? It is terrible customer service to make someone go through this just to confirm a reservation. And why don’t you have a capability for customers to call you? That’s two very glaring customer service problems.

We had a reservation with Best Western in sterling Virginia through parksleepfly. We paid the requested deposit either the balance due at the hotel. The hotel insisted we owed more than the balance related to us in our agreement with parksleepfly.
After many, many attempts to call the parksleepfly phone number that they provide of 800-727-5464 they do not answer the phone. It rings one time and then disconnects.
