The process is straightforward and efficient

Initial booking was very easy. Our travel plans changed and we needed to reschedule an additional day. Our request and booking was revised with 24 hours.

Fast easy check in. Restaurant conveniently on premise and good food, great service. Parking in gated lot.

The phone number on my cr card bill is a disconnected number. The site has no number to call. I filled out the question form and received a scripted message that didn't fix my issue. I sent a second and didn't get a response. I have called the hotel and they say call park sleep fly but they don't have a number either. I've used this numerous times before but I still have an unresolved issue . Jill Modert

Easy to make reservation got confirmation almost immediately! Now let’s see how are stay is next month and if my car is ok when I get back !

Easy to navigate and comprehensive information.

Realized I needed to edit my end date on trip but never got a confirmation number so the hotel could not assist me without that number and I could not reach anyone at parksleepfly so sent an inquiry on 9/23 and still have not received a response to edit my stay.

It was extremely easy and helpful to find the right hotel and parking for a trip. The price was very reasonable and the ease will make our trip that much better.

Room was close to busy street
A couple parked in lot after hours blasting music with no security intervening. Van had mechanical issues when we wanted to get picked up at airport. We took a taxi back to the hotel ($25). No offer of compensation. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Close to fast food if needed.

everything as expected until we had a delay in pick up from the airport. Not a big delay, about an hour.

Hotel is in very serious need of upgrading/cleaning on all fronts. I’m shocked that Wyndham puts thier name on this place. All parts of hotel were old/beat-up and almost dirty. Desk staff talked incessantly and revealed how much crime happened in thier parking lot. Shuttle staff also were quite revealing in thier disdain for the sister hotel’s shuttle team not caring at all about thier customers. There were street racers in parking lot and on the street pretty much from midnight to 3:00am. We’ll never stay here again. Scary, gross, staff talks terribly about their iwn property…. Not worth saving a few bucks.

When I got there even though I had a reservation I was told they were full. Was a lengthy ordeal before I was able to get a room at a sister hotel

Several hotels that were available last time were not on the list. I like the idea of this service. Some places cost too much.

We park at the Parking Spot several times a year. Making a reservation is easy. If your a member you can earn free days.

I have never done this before so I was quite fearful of how it would work out!
