Best airport parking experience to date. Excellent, reliable service - just what is needed when faced with a long journey ahead. Communication was great and supported when needed. Would highly recommend and use again!

What a great service! Contacted me the day before by WhatsApp to confirm the drop off procedure & also the day of pick up too! Car was waiting for us when we arrived home so no lengthy wait. Very friendly, felt sure my car was in safe hands so I could enjoy our holiday. I pocket dialled them by mistake whilst on holiday & they were quick to reply asking if I was ok?
Would 1000% use them again!

Really smooth process, good communication. My return flight was changed at the last minute but I was able to let them know and my car was ready and waiting when I got back. Very happy.

I booked airport parking online a week before my trip, and the whole process was seamless. The signage was clear, and I found my parking spot easily. The driver to the terminal arrived on time, and the driver was friendly and helped with my luggage. On return, I was picked up quickly and found my car just as I left it. The rates were reasonable compared to other options. I’ll definitely use this service again next time I travel

Reliable, said they would turn up when they did, for both drop off and collection. When we landed I received a txt telling me what to do , when to phone and the number. So therefore very easy for someone who forgot what they had for breakfast let alone what I did with the paperwork form 3 weeks ago.
Lovely personable driver.

We had booked car for 2 weeks. All communication was perfect and precise. Clear instructions meant no unnecessary calls.
Their control room was excellent as well when we approached airport.
On return the driver Bhau was really polite and helpful.

Great service. Cheapest option for parking at the airport. Great directions including a video for the drop off, and car was sat in a bay waiting for us upon return. Very much appreciated after an overnight flight. Highly recommended.

Extremely happy with the service. Excellent communication throughout. Arranged for meet and greet. Was sent all the information via text inc video of how to get to the meeting point. Didn’t have to wait at all on drop off or pick up. Definitely recommend Parkair247. Will use them again next time.

I’ve used these guys twice now and I can’t recommend them enough. Reasonably priced (I think better than priced than self-park) and you don’t have to fuss about parking your own car and getting on a a bus to the terminal. You drive right up to the terminal, they take your car and drop it back to you when you get it back.

The way I see it I trust these guys implicitly to take my car and park it properly - when you leave it in the self-park you don’t know who’s coming and going, smashing cases and doors into your car, but these guys take your car, park it and leave it.

I’ll be using them every time I fly from Heathrow.

no problems with parking with parkair. they provide extra instruction (including video) of how to park to avoid fines at heathrow. Particularly valuable to me as having used the official parking last tim around I was caught offguard by the tricky signage and got slammed with a hefty fine having been away while the fine was issued (of course being on vacation).

communication via whatsapp would be preferred over having to call (vodafone was down at the time). But thye are very polite over the phone even at 5.40am

The car arrived clean (used the car wash service). I was able to fix a mistaken booking via the AI app without incurring a huge penalty 48 hours before my booking.
