Everything until collection was fine. Upon collecting our baggage, I called as per the guidance and was told it'd be 10 minutes. An hour later (and 3 chase up calls) the vehicle finally arrived. I was essentially told I was a liar and never called the first time and the operator kept changing their story about what they had told me - none of which was true. Company clearly didn't realise I had a tracker so even when I was chasing I could see the vehicle wasn't moving. Good price, but wouldn't use them again.

Reasonable pricing. However messed up on return to Heathrow. Car wasn't available and had to wait 1hr and a half for car to arrive.

This was my first time using Parkair247 and was very impressed how organised they were. They contacted me the night before to ask for an expected time of arrival and the driver was waiting when I arrived. Contacted them from baggage claim upon my return and the car was there within 10 minutes of me arriving at the car park which was really good seeing as there were queues getting in the car park.

It was the third time we used their services and I believe it is time to provide feedback based on our experience so far with them. Very good comms, waiting for us to pick up the car, returned the car with minimum waiting, polite staff. Above all, affordable and reasonable prices! I am happy to say their service has been consistently excellent on multiple times.

It was so convenient and seamless that it made the journey hassle free and pleasurable. The staff is very friendly and the service is so prompt. There were regular updates via WhatsApp with clear directions given. I have used this service for over 5 times in the last couple of years and it’s so cost effective compared with using a private taxi service. I will highly recommend this to anyone especially when you have a large family with lots of luggage and want the freedom to drive to the airport in your own car and not worry about parking at the airport.

Second time using this company and would recommend to anyone. Parking at terminal 3 it just makes the whole experience so much easier, especially travelling with children. No long walks or waiting for buses. Very easy to drop the car off and they are very efficient returning the car back when you have collected your baggage. Will definitely use again.

Right from the moment I received a video of how to meet the driver on arrival at Heathrow, to them phoning me in the baggage hall as they knew my plane had landed, this was top-class service.

Highly recommended.

First class service. We were met exactly as promised for our departure and again on our return.
I have used Heathrow for years this was the best experience both in terms of parking and value.
