Min kone og jeg var i Richards lejlighed, Paraiso No 1, i 14 dage. Det er en fantastik dejlig lejlighed for to personer, hvor der er alt, hvad man har brug for.
Beliggenheden er fabelagtig, kun et stenkast til stranden og den dejlige strand/strandpromenade, hvor restaurenter ligger side om side.
Selve lejligheden er ren, lys og ren. Og så bliver der skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder efter en uge. Det er rigtig dejligt.
Vi lejede en bil i lufthavnen og ringede til Richard da vi holdte udenfor garageporten. Så lukkede han op og vi kørte ind i den dejligste (kølige) garage.
Kommunikationen med Richard, både inden som efter, er super. Richard har styr på tingene og det både ses og forståes under hele forløbet.
Vi har allerede booket til næste år og glæder os til at gense det dejlige Puerto Mogan og Paraiso No 1.

Paraiso 1 is a wonderful apartment in so many ways. We have now stayed in Richard's three apartments. This one has the same high standards as the other two but just might win out as our favourite. It is perfect for couples with a super king size bed. The mattress topper adds great comfort and we slept well every night. The couch is also comfortable for watching TV with it's many English and Irish channels plus Netflix and Prime. There is another smart TV in the bedroom. The WiFi is very fast and reliable. The air conditioning and both overhead fans are excellent. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had no problems whenever we cooked some meals there. There is also an air fryer, sandwich maker and a good coffee machine. You rarely find egg cups in an apartment but Richard has supplied two! So basically thinks of everything including a robot vacume cleaner. We particularly loved the filtered drinking water tap which is a feature in all of Richard's apartments. There is great storage throughout with plenty of clothes hangers. The shower is excellent with constant hot water. The washing machine is excellent and there is a good drying rack with pegs on the large balcony. The balcony comes with a table, four chairs and two sun loungers. It gets the sun all afternoon and what's not to like about that lovely view. The heated swimming pool is lovely and so quiet. We had it to ourselves for much of our two week stay. Pariso 1 is on a very quiet road which makes for a very relaxing holiday. It is in a very walkable location very close to the beach, marina and bus station. A car is not necessary but it does come with its own parking space, which is a real advantage in Mogan, should you hire a car. Like all Richard's apartments it is very secure with a lockable safe. He loves his gadgets as is evident throughout. We felt very safe there. Richard is a good business man who cares very much about his properties and his clients. His kindness struck me even more when we heard about one of the feral cats, which was the worst for wear, that he took to looking after whenever he could. Says it all really about the man and his lovely partner Grace. It was wonderful to return home to an unusual Irish heatwave. Life is always better in sunny days! We plan to book a return trip for next year.

Just got back from this amazing apartment! Wow what can I say, this apartment is located on a lovely quiet road but is a bout 1 min to the beach and all the restaurants!, it is equipped with absolutely everything you could need and more, the bed is massive e and so comfy, the balcony is also massive with a full size table and 4 chairs and two lovely sun loungers, electric awnings and the sun is on it all afternoon and very private.The owner Richard is brilliant and communicates very efficiently throughout the booking process and if needed whilst you are there.
We will definitely be back as this apartment,location is excellent and puerto mogan is stunning!

We have stayed with Richard in Puerto Mogan on a number of occasions and never disappointed...He is very helpful organising things so that your stay is 100%..
The apartment is very comfortable and always very clean and everything you need is there.
So convenient to getting anywhere close to restaurants,shops and Buses.Also of course the beach...
We will return as we always do.

This is third holiday home I have stayed at.I must say I was not disappointed the fixtures and fitting was absolutely beautiful. I loved the balcony which was large and used to get the afternoon sun. Richard knows what the customer wants and he doesn’t disappoint your stay at the Paraiso. I am looking forward to my next at the Golden Beach. Thanks Richard.

Refurbished apartment to a very high standard with lovely views of Puerto Mogan. Within yards of all the restaurants and shops. Superb pool as well is a bonus.

We were met by Richard on arrival, who was always available for any queries throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. We stayed 3 weeks over Christmas/New Year. The apartment has everything you require. There is ample wardrobe and other storage spaces. The kitchen area is well stocked with utensils, toaster/air fryer/coffee maker/washing machine and the very important filtered water. There is a large balcony area with table and chairs and loungers and a swimming pool with loungers. The apartment is close to all the amenities, bars/shops/restaurants and beach. We would highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is tastefully decorated and a real “ home from home “ experience. It has a fully equipped kitchen and even has a toastie maker, nespresso coffee maker and an air fryer, plus plenty crockery etc. The bed is an emperor size and had an amazingly comfortable mattress topper, to make it even more sumptuous. We had great uninterrupted sleeps. The TV has numerous British channels and the Wi-Fi was excellent.
The spacious balcony has very comfortable sun loungers and a large table and chairs.
The pool is heated and there are plenty sun beds around it.
