Excellent appartment. Well equipped and a great location. Our appartment was adjacent to the pool and just a 10 minute walk from the beach/restaurants.
Richard was always on hand for any help/questions. Thank You.

I have just returned from 2 weeks at the Golden Beach apartment. I was absolutely amazed the standard of extras. Richard had made sure that thee apartment had every extra you could ever want, even down to dressing gowns. It was only 150 metres from the beach and the shops. Thee apartment was only a couple of metres from the swimming pool. Most importantly for me the walk to the beach and the shops was on the flat. Considering the proximity of the apartment I have booked 3 further with dates with Richard. Anyone considering a holiday in the Gran Canaria I would recommend the Golden Beach apartments in Mogan. Thanks Richard for a wonderful holiday.

Fabulous, could give ten stars.
Great Location, excellent facilities and a proper fully equipped kitchen, fabulous heated pool, very close to the beach and bars, and its own parking space. Pool towels, beach chairs, cool box all available. And the drinking water tap is a massive bonus.
Richard is awesome, great host, nothing to much trouble. Excellent all round. Book early. We will be back.

We stayed at Golden Beach 4 over New year and the start of January, and what a fabulous time we had!
The apartment is furnished with everything you could need, so many gadgets and ideas covered... My favourite was most definitely the cold water adapter tap which you could drink direct from (no lugging water bottles around on this holiday!) From beach chairs and cool box to the beach, to shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, from Netflix and Amazon Prime included (in the lounge as well as bedroom) to the full size freezer and everything you could want in the kitchen, including washing machine and vacuum robot. Richard has thought of everything.
The location is second to none, central to the resort, it was only a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and market but set back a little so really felt we were in our own oasis. Everywhere is totally accessible which is great as my mum has mobility issues and uses a rollator.
The pool just is steps away from the well furnished terrace and most days, we had the pool area to ourselves. It was lovely to have an early morning swim as well as dips throughout the day. Being heated makes all the difference!
Part of a small development, if we did see anybody, they were always friendly and pleasant which was nice.
In addition, there is a private parking space too which anyone who knows Puerto Mogan will know is a bonus!
Richard was the most helpful, welcoming and attentive host, popping in to make sure we had everything we needed. A mid stay clean and linen change were also included.
We will most definitely be staying again. We are looking forward to it already!

First of all top quality accommodation and loved the "almost" private pool, practically had it to myself. There is everything you could possibly need, netflix, cool box and deck chairs to take to the beach etc. Nice and quiet and close to the beach.

We just love everything about this apartment. The location and comfort is second to none and we can settle in so quickly that not a second of the holiday is wasted. It is great to have the pool and sunbeds on your doorstep and the beach is nearby for a change. The new awning over the terrace is the latest of Richard's thoughtful innovations. As a host he is always concerned that guests have the best possible experience.

Second visit
This is an update to my previous review because we returned, as promised, to GoldenBeach 4 for a November week. Once again, Richard's communication before,during and after our visit was excellent and he was there to meet us when we arrived from the airport. The apartment is still pristine with a few new pieces of equipment to enjoy. The pool was so gorgeous with temperatures high for this time of year. It is hard to believe that a holiday home that is so near all amenities is so quiet and peaceful. We look forward to returning in 2024.

First visit
This apartment is a rare find in combining a superb location with top quality
spotless accommodation and every convenience. We had very hot weather for our April break and so made good use of the pool which is very accessible just a few steps from the terrace. The terrace is very pleasant for dining and relaxing. The area is quiet with the park across and mountain views. The beach is a very short walk away as are a selection of restaurants, shops and bars. The bus station, marina, supermarkets and all that Puerto de Mogan has to offer are also a short, easy stroll. In fact, this side of the resort is excellent for those with mobility difficulties. We have stayed in many self catering properties and must say that Richard's was the most comfortable and well equipped with good quality furniture, bedding, shower and kitchen appliances. I loved having the nespresso coffee machine and all the TV stations and tech equipment one could want. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking
and it is good to have a full size fridge freezer.
There is also an office desk and chair and top quality WiFi should one decide to work there. In fact, I cannot think of anything that is missing! Communication with Richard was excellent and it is clear that he wishes his guests to have the very best time in Mogan. Highly recommended.

So just returned from 2 weeks christmas stay at golden beach 4 .
This is by far the best ever rental property we have rented . Richard is a fantastic host.the apartment is immaculate with everything thing you need .
Full kitchen oven, hob,toaster,air fryer,crock pot,kettle, washer,dryer, robot hover.
Private terrace. 3 strides to pool . Beach chairs and cooler box for days out.private parking. Just round the corner from the beach. Large supermarket minuets away. I could go on and on .but all i can say is thank you Richard for a lovely stay.

Our stay at the Golden Beach was excellent Richard did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable....All you would want in an Apartment was there we had a very chilled out holiday....We are hoping to go again....

Our second visit to Golden Beach 4 this year. A fantastic 18 days spent in this wonderful apartment which had everything you could wish for. As well as a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for self caterers, there was a comfortable bedroom and lounge, all very clean.
The apartment was about a five minute flat walk to the beach and perfectly placed for nearby, restaurants, shops and bars. The Spar supermarket close by was ideal for groceries and other items. This was a very relaxing holiday and we are already looking forward to returning again next Spring

What a fantastic holiday we have just come back from!!!! Richards apartment is absolutely amazing with all its mod cons. Its like being at home with all the modern accessories. The apartment was absolutely Spotless when we arrived and Richard was very thoughtful in buying tea/ coffee etc upon our arrival.Every detail was thought upon when renting this apartment. Washing machine /dryer,robotic and handheld rechargeable hoovers,great WiFi with sonos system, great size TV in the lounge , one in the bedroom air conditioning etc etc . The list is to long to for me to write or even remember but all I can say is we had 3 weeks of staying in Richards amazing apartment and we will be back in 2026 hopefully for 4 weeks .I would honestly give 5 stars for everything including Richard himself as he could not have been more accommodating to us as a family .

This is our third visit to Puerto Mogan but our first time to Golden Beach 4. We stayed ten nights in Richards apartment and next time we will stay longer. Richard is a thoroughly attentive host without being intrusive. He arranges to meet you at the apartment on arrival regardless of the time. Both arrival and departure is a totally stress free experience. The apartment is modern and full of technology. Richard is a true gadget man. The TV is fantastic with the added bonus of Netflix and Prime. Both the air-conditioning and the wifi are excellent. Washing machine and dryer with a drying rack outside should you prefer to dry clothes outside in the beautiful weather, as we did. The double bed is large and very comfortable with plenty of storage space in the bedroom. We thought the drinking water tap in the kitchen a very thoughtful and useful addition. We felt sorry for people struggling to carry large plastic bottles of water from the supermarket. We appreciated that was something we didn't have to do. Both the apartment and the surrounding pool area was spotless. It is for sure a great pool. It is cleaned regularly and we had it to ourselves lots of times. Pool towels are supplied so no need to bring your own. It was great to dine outside, on the patio, whenever we chose to. Richard has also supplied two relaxer chairs and a swing seat on the patio. The apartment complex is small. You have your own parking space should you hire a car. This was our first time in Mogan without a car and it worked well for us. We travelled from the airport by bus one hour journey. The bus station is only a five minute easy walk to the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet area within an easy short walk to the beach, port and many restaurants. It is an ideal location overlooking a lovely park that closes at 22.00 hours nightly. Yes you will hear children playing here and the odd associated excitement noises of cards being played. No bar, restaurant or bin emptying noises here! Richard kindly agreed to us staying in the apartment a few hours extra on check out day. Although showers etc and a lock up luggage room are available to use we were grateful for the extra time. We had a lovely holiday here and look forward to maybe returning in 2025, if Richard can fit us in.

What a fantastic apartment. First class fixtures and fittings in a location just a few minutes flat walk to the beach and local amenities. Richard couldn't have done more to make our stay any more enjoyable. We've already booked our next trips back.

Just returned from another wonderful stay at gorgeous Golden Beach 4 apartment. Richard is a very welcoming attentive host. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with every gadget you could want.The pool is heated which is an added bonus…such a quiet, relaxing spot overlooking a park! The location is superb, very close to many great restaurants, the beach and picturesque marina area.Can’t wait to go back. Five star review from us!

We have just spent a fabulous two weeks in Richard's apartment. The apartment is just as the photo's online and Richard is a great host with always a speedy response to any query. Ideal location just a short walk from beach and harbour area. Would we stay again, definitely but sadly (for us) the apartment is booked next year however we are in the diary for 2026!

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Richard’s apartment. We have stayed many times in Puerto de Mogan but this was by far the most relaxing time we have had. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches - cables for phones etc! It is spotlessly clean as are the communal areas of the complex. The pool area is lovely and we often had the pool to ourselves. Richard is an excellent host - he was there to meet us and show us the apartment and easy to contact if we needed anything. As we were staying for a number of weeks we were delighted to have a TV with all the channels you would need along with Netflix and Prime. There is also excellent WiFi provided. The complex is small, in a quiet area but close to the beach, restaurants and bars. All in all a great place and we cannot wait to return.

Our 2nd visit to Puerto Mogan but our first stay at Golden Beach 4. A superb apartment close enough to the beach, shops and bars yet far enough away to feel relaxed and private. The apartment is modern, clean and very well equipped. We had the pool / sun deck area to ourselves most of the time. Richard our host was very helpful with advice and support when needed. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, I look forward to returning in the future.

Recommendation for Golden Beach 4.

The apartment is located 150 meters from the beach in a quiet area. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook yourself. Large and good supermarket nearby. There is a washing machine and dryer. The owner of the apartment is extremely service minded and helpful. Your own parking lot if you rent a car, own parking is a big advantage in Puerto Mogan.

We have been here 3 times in a row and have booked again in the years to come. Go for it

Golden Beach 4 is in a central position and is a short walk to all the restaurants and bars, shopping and beach. The apartment has A/C available but during our stay was not required. It has all the appliances you would need for a self catering holiday should you wish to do so but we ate out in the evenings just catering for ourselves at lunch time. Richard is a fantastic host and listens to any comments that you may have to make your stay more comfortable. The apartment is right next to the pool so ideally situated for sunbathing and cooling off! Fabulous apartment, cannot recommend highly enough!
