Through the hiring process Caitlin was always very engaged. Even when there was no news I was still given an update and there was no radio silence as I have experienced with other recruiters. Interviews were set up very quickly and I was offered the job on the same day. Contracts were then drawn up in 2 days and I started a week afterwards. Once starting work the follow up from the customer service team periodically is a nice touch and you realise there are people available to answer any questions you may have relating to your employment. A very positive experience all round.

The hiring process wen very quickly and I was provided with all the information needed to make a decision and get the position. The initial process was good, but how it ended was quite surprising and unexpected. In the first set of discussions, all the economic conditions were agreed upon and discussed. The technical interview with the client went well and I was all set to join the new company. But things became going off-track when the time to sign the contract came. Finally, when the contract arrived, it was a huge surprise that my main condition was not respected (Instead of a full-time Contract, I was offered an hourly package). Moreover, the final economic package had changed drastically as well (almost 9% lower than what was agreed). This totally broke the trust which was quite well built until the last step.
I would request the team to be transparent about the contract terms and once agreed should be always respected.
I am putting 2 stars only because the initial process (from the first discussion until client acceptance) was well managed.

Overall experience is good. But sometimes the reply is not in time, and hopefully it can be improved in the future.

They are very quick to respond if there is a problem and willing to try to resolve the situation. They also contact very often and ask about your experience.

I have been lucky to land a job that I’m so excited to start and grow with the help of Panda International and they have been there for me through my interview process every step of the way, answering my every question and keeping me in the loop constantly.
