Having a 6mos contract with them was a roller coaster. It was not perfect but they always try their best to meet your expectations. And they always did. I am not here in this position that I am right now without them believing in me. Especially, if it is your first time to get a job in Pharma Industry. Taht's why, I am forever grateful and thankful for them to give me this opportunity to start my career in this country.

Contract was sent in a rush, with errors.
On the agreement it states that panda needs to meet or surpass the benefits given by the client company, but when that is mentioned by the candidate during the negotiation phase, it turns out there is not enough budget to cover that and if you disagree they will find another candidate because "your current request is over their budget"

Thanks to Panda's support, my paperwork was filed with the IND on the eve of the holidays, which ensured a quick visa obtaining. I am thankful for Panda for the one temporary assignment they found for me. Initially the process went well.

Negatives are that after my assignment ended and the recruiter promised to look for more jobs but never came back to me. So it was a promise not kept.

Also, I've had these automated emails asking me to fill in the survey for many months, in the long run it has been very annoying as I initially did not wish to complete the survey.
