I had a terrible experience with this company, they lost my precious documents and couldn't be bothered doing right by me, such an incompetent company.

They provided clear instructions about when the cutoff for overnight shipping was.

Pack & Send Hastings, great team & service, made the job of getting a bulky item all the way up to Kaitaia easy. Item arrived in perfect condition & follow up service was a very pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend Ruth & Bruce & will use again.

Very good follow up by their franchise owner at Mt Roskill and getting back to as soon as the packet arrived courtesy DHL express.

I went to the store and Muddazzir was extremely helpful. I provided the list of items in my boxes, and he checked everything was ok and repacked my boxes into more sturdy ones to send. He explained how the process worked and when my boxes would be in Spain.
Everything ran smoothly.

Friendly and helpful service from Rachael, however Pack & Send Albany failed to explain the hidden cost of VAT at the destination (The Netherlands) which led to additional $500 in unexpected costs to DHL

Pack and Send Manukau collected, wrapped and sent my package Auck to Wgtn. I haven't used this type of service before so can't comment on cost but the service was excellent. Easy to request, clear communications, perfectly packed parcel and good turnaround time. Definitely would use them again and happy to recommend.

Unbelievably great service! I don’t usually write reviews but every aspect of getting my oversized item sent from Auckland to Wellington was an enjoyable! Friendly and helpful communication on phone, quick pick up, quick confirmation and dispatch, and an affordable price. My heavy item arrived around 12 hours later in good condition.

I asked Pack & Send to pick up a freestanding fireplace including flue from Motueka and bring it to Hamilton. Between the Hamilton and Nelson P&S it was packed, palletised and shipped. It was the only way I could “collect” these items, and Pack & Send did it perfectly with excellent communication throughout.

If there was an option for no stars I would choose it. 3 days has turned into over a week. And still no parcel. Absolutely crazy service in that regard and no customer service follow up or way to get hold of anyone. I still don't know where the package is.

Such a awful, terrible, disgusting experience I’ve ever had. First, is the most disgusting thing, They threw out my stuff without noticing!! It was something really memorable between me and my parents.

Also, DHL has now charging me the shipping fee. Packandsend as the courier, they already charged me and customer shouldn’t receive any other invoices from other courier companies!

Will not use pack and send, never ever again!!!
And do not use pack and send if you have any other choices!!!!

Have to totally commend Michael and Sharon from Pack and Send Avondale for their excellent service getting our engine to Adelaide. What we thought was a daunting task they handled with such ease! So professional and a fast and efficient service. Highly recommend the team at Avondale branch!!

Friendly staff but the service not of high standard, the freight was late by week the delivery was not as per discussed the first time and the timing of delivery book for 8 am and the delivery showed at 10 am.
