Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Paid for 3-5 days delivery but unfortunately didnt received until day 6. Contacted customer service and they refunded the delivery cost straight away. Nails arrived beautifully boxed and packaged. Can highly recommend.

Offered full refund a review as I hadn't…
So i posted a review as I hadn't received nails in timely manner and the company had not responded to two emails. Since then I have received an email offering an apology for poor customer service AND have offered a full refund. So credit due where credit is due.

One of the items in your order was unexpectedly out of stock, and we failed to notify you. That delay, combined with our slow response, created a frustrating experience, and for that, I sincerely apologise.
You’ve since been fully refunded, and we invited you to keep the products as a small gesture, but I know that doesn’t erase the inconvenience caused.
