Finally a nail to be proud of!
I've been using Opul Nails now for about 8 months and they never let you down. There is a good range of colours and designs and the cost when you buy 3 get 1 free is so good. What I love about these nails is the fact they are easy & quick to apply and reusable. So I can literally change them if I want to match a different outfit without worrying about wastage as there are loads of sticky tabs free with the offer. However, I have also had a set on for two weeks that were still intact when I changed them. They also don't damage your nails. The glue tab just rolls off your nail without any damage.

One of the worst costumer services…
One of the worst costumer services experiences I had. The nails arrived more than 10 days after the delivery date so I can’t comment on the product as I was unable to get them. I wrote to the company several times, they were sincerely rude and simply dismissed my complains. They told me they had already processed my refund although they hadn’t and they only did it after I opened a complain with klarna. They insisted I review their product even though I explained several times I couldn’t as I was not in that address anymore.
I am guessing it is an scam in some level. No new company that wants to thrive has such terrible service.

A few clarifications on what we did, and where we fell short:
- Response times: We replied to your emails within a few hours each time.
- Resolution offered: We confirmed you could keep the product and that we would refund you in full, before learning that you had moved to a new address.
- Refund timing: Our refunds take 5-10 working days to appear, depending on the bank/payment provider. Yours cleared in 9 working days.
- Delivery timing/address: The parcel was delivered three working days after our maximum delivery window, and unfortunately to your previous address. While this situation was outside our control, we truly regret the inconvenience caused.
- Review requests: The review email is an automatic system message and cannot be stopped once triggered. We recognise this was unhelpful given your situation.
We’d like to make amends. If you’re willing, we’ll send a new set to your current address, free of charge, so you can try the product without any extra cost or stress.
Please email contact@opulnails.com with your preferred style and address, and we’ll take care of it immediately.

I’ve tried to locate your order, but without a name or email it’s difficult to find. We also don’t have any email about this, which makes me think the parcel may have since arrived.
That said, your review mentions tracking shows delivered on 28 Oct while you haven’t received it, let me investigate and put this right.
Please contact us at contact@opulnails.com, with your order number and the email used at checkout. We’ll open a case with the courier immediately and, if it’s gone missing, we’ll replace or refund for you.

Highly satisfied
Since lock down I have taught myself to do my own nails ( not salon standard but good enough for me)
I found the Opul nails on a pop up advert on my tablet checked out the reviews and thought I would give them a try.
They are beautiful, easy to apply and surprisingly strong, not like other stick on nails I have had which came off more or less straight away. As this is my first order I have not yet tried to remove them ( I have glued them on) but I am sure if I have any problems I will have good support from this company. I have already had one small query and it was dealt with very professionally and timely.
I can as a new customer recommend this company very highly.....give them a try....

Beautiful nails
Beautiful nails, very good quality, stayed on for a whole week with sticky pads. Good nail preparation is the key. Would love to see extra short length as an option too, easier to do household tasks with them.

These are a great alternative to the more damaging options available. Worked really well and stayed in place brilliantly. They look great and are easy to remove. No damage to nails.

Bitterly disappointed
The order took a while to arrive. The Neil’s look lovely and the packaging is good but that’s as good as it gets ! The instructions refer to nail glue and there is nothing to advise how to get the glue pads off the backing. I ended up with glue pads which curled up or tore before they got anywhere near my nails. He nail file provided is useless. A complete waste of money

We’re currently in the process of updating the instructions included in our latest sets to clearly explain the application and removal process for glue stickers, as we understand this has caused confusion. Before delivery, we also send an email to all customers with our Tips & Tutorials page, which includes step-by-step photo and video guides for both application and removal.
Regarding the nail file, I really appreciate your feedback, we’ve already started transitioning to a stronger, higher-quality version in our next production batch.
As for the glue stickers, they can indeed feel a bit tricky at first.
One helpful tip 💡: rub the Gel Pad slightly while it’s still on the sheet before peeling it off, this helps activate the adhesive (and do the same once it’s applied to your nail).
We’re truly sorry that your first experience didn’t reflect the quality we stand for, and we’d love the chance to make it right, our customer care team has already reached out to you directly to assist further.

The product does what it promises
The product does exactly what it promises- easy to apply and remove with no damage to your natural nails and totally secure in use. I tried one set and was so pleased that I ordered more! Great for occasional or everyday use. So much better than the stick on nails of past years.

What a revelation to find press on nails that actually work! Fabulous quality, good quality sticky pads and when taken off correctly, I’m confident I’ll be able to re-use them. Together with an excellent customer service, my first experience with this company hasn’t been the last, I’ve ordered 3 more sets for my hols :-)

Arrived today
Arrived today. Look lovely in the box but the nails are all very curved and even the short ones are too long and what I chose have a French tip so very difficult to take masses off. The little nail file included is terrible. Really cheap and feels like it's taking way too much if your nail away. The nails stickers are a fiddle and I can feel these may last me 24 hours! Instructions also only refer to nail glue so rhese aren't even the correct instructions. I was trying to look after my nails (no nail bars!) and save money but these are a total waste of my money.

I am now 5 days into wearing this set…
I am now 5 days into wearing this set of Opulnails for the second time. They are still looking lovely and feel secure. The nails are completely different to the cheap press on nails and look and feel far more like acrylic nails. I find using the glue stickers much better than nail glue as you get more notice when they are weakening.

I have to say I was a total sceptic…
I have to say I was a total sceptic about these or any other stick on nails I read any reviews with scepticism think the were all made up for sales. I have never used nail polish as I was a nail biter and worked in hair dressing which meant my hand were constantly in water and products. So I sat down the night before I went on holiday and put these nails on it took me about half an hour and I was pleased with the results they really transformed my hands. I went on holiday expecting the nails maybe to last about a few days before falling off. But no, over a week later and my nails were still secure and look fabulous. I even had a compliment from a lady at passport control about my nails! I sat down today to remove them because I wanted to change them and they came off with ease although the glue was still quite firm and my nails were totally damage free. These are truly an amazing product!
