Perfect nails in minutes
These nails are very easy to apply and look amazing. Excellent communication with Opul nails who have answered my questions promptly I love the fact that they are reusable. I had mine on for 9 days before one started to loosen and I’d been in the swimming pool for 1.5 hours in that time. So highly recommend them.

Great first purchase experience
Really pleased with my first purchases and use of Opulnails
Followed the tutorial and applied my first set of nails in around 20 mins. Will definitely be quicker next time. I did take one off and reapply after a couple of days and was so easy! Definitely recommend

Great product.
Great product. I've finally found a manicure I'm not allergic to. I use the sticky pads to attach the nails and they are brilliant so long as you follow the instructions. I do get fed up with the same nails for more than a week so it's great how easy it is to change the colour. Only complaint I have is they took more than 8 days to arrive that could have been due to Christmas but I've ordered more and still waiting after 7 days. Maybe I'm just impatient! Otherwise I highly recommend.

Love these nails
Love these nails! Opted for the more natural shorter length (to suit my fat fingers!). They’re holding fast and I can carry out everyday tasks without worrying they’ll pop off (I’ve used the adhesive tabs). They’ve been on two days so far and feel like they’ll last a while. Will definitely buy more colours!
Read the hints & tips before applying and just take your time!
Allow longer for UK delivery, as I think they’re shipped from Oz!

I was sceptical about this…
I was sceptical about this product/company having purchased following many online videos promoting their product
I ordered in early December, hopeful that the delivery timescale of 5-8 working days would be kept; needless to say it wasn’t. However how they dealt with this was exemplary. I emailed them, not really expecting anything other than a bland standard response, however I received a personal response from Olivia who told me that my parcel was with Evri (!!) but had not been scanned. After a couple of days still nothing so I went back to Olivia who contacted Evri and the delivery was made the next day
The nails are great, a tad thicker than usual nails but easy to apply, stay on and have a really natural look
Would recommend and will buy again

These designer nails are the best on…
These designer nails are the best on the market. You have to follow the instructions to the letter to be successful. Ensure that the nail isn't to big or too small to fit correctly. The customer service is second to none and they genuinely want you to enjoy their product They take about 10 days to arrive. After years of doing my own acrylics I would not use anything else after using Opul Nails and my nails are in a better condition. Try them, be patient until you get it right and you won't look back. No more messy nail polish waiting to dry.

As discussed by email, I’ve already processed a full refund (no return needed) to make this right.
If you’re willing to try once more, I’m confident you’ll get a completely different result: in the vast majority of cases, early lifting comes down to prep and sizing (even a tiny bit too wide means the edges won’t seal). With our step-by-step tutorial and the checklist I sent you, we’re 100% confident they will hold properly when applied correctly.

Order missing in action after 2 weeks of waiting
I placed my order on 27 November and, as of today - 11 December, the nails have still not arrived, despite their promise of delivery within 3-5 working days. I phoned the number on their website to get an update and the automated voice said that the number does not exist.

I love them!
I bought Opus Nails to protect my natural nails whilst they grow back… they are in such bad condition, very short, thin, and splitting…..
I received my first delivery a couple of days ago, I was a bit apprehensive, but… after following the instructions on their tutorial, I was pleasantly surprised as to how easy they were to apply, how natural they look, and how strong they feel.
I love them, and can’t wait to go out and show them off!
Yes, I’m curious as to how long they will last, but I’m not too worried knowing they’re reusable, and easy to remove and apply.
Now…I don’t I have to hide my hands/nails anymore!

Very Disappointed made in China
Disappointed that the nail company which advertises that it is based in London actually send products from China with a corresponding long delivery time. The nails look very artificial and I'm not sure I'll even both trying them as I had bought them with the promise that they look like real nalis but better.

Customer service is brilliant. A few points on the nails, based on my own personal experience:
POSITIVES
- realistic softgels and easy to apply
- good choice of designs, but cd do with more designs in all shapes
- quite easy to remove but take care as can be a little painful if not been on a few days and naturally loosened.
NEGATIVES
- not great for those with domed nail beds as tips dont stick on end of nail. Water then gets in easily and pools. Sadly softened my own nails so badly, they have all split and has damaged them.
Those with flat nail beds shd be fine though and I do recommend.

Regarding the fit on domed nail beds, you're absolutely right, soft gels work best when there’s a good flush contact across the whole nail surface. For curved nail beds, it can help to gently warm or pre-shape the tips, or even lightly buff the underside to improve flexibility and grip. That said, if you ever feel discomfort or notice damage, we absolutely recommend taking a break and giving your nails some recovery time, natural nail health always comes first.
