CON MERCHANTS! Having paid more than 3 times what a conveyance would be from the government , I only received part of it! When ordering you fill out boxes why you need it, yet all that was clearly ignored. I was told the information I was sent (just the plan) was the only part of the conveyance they had, yet the title register does refer to written words from it which is the part I needed. If they don't have a full conveyance they should inform you before you pay. These fraudsters wont give me a refund either!! Stay well clear and use the official government service instead!

Very efficient
Very efficient. I used on line services between meetings at work and in my haste to complete the request I didn’t request all documentation for my tittle deeds etc. Within minutes I received a call from a gentleman in land registry offering to assist me. Everything was done and completed within 2 minutes and I received all documentation via email with confirmation printed copies would be sent by tracking with Royal mail. Fabulous and very efficient service.

Fulfilled but costly experience.
Straightforward procedure and quick response.
However very confusing pricing issues. Online pages referring to individual costs which I accepted were not reflected when I actually came to enter my card details.ie the total cost i was asked to pay bore resemblance to what I previously agreed to.
In addition I also requested and paid for a ‘hard copy’ to be posted to my home address, however a downloaded PDF copy was all I will receive.

Scam
Scam – avoid this company.
I received a call from Online Land Registry while I was at work, and at the same time my solicitor was explaining my actual Land Registry process. I got confused between the two and trusted them, thinking they were connected to my solicitor. They took £88.80 from me immediately.
Within 20 minutes I realised it was not the official Land Registry and I contacted my bank to stop the payment, but even the bank refused the refund. I never received any real service from them.
I still don’t know how they got my phone number, which is very concerning.
Please be careful — do not trust them.

Avoid Like the Plague!!
I have emailed Online Land Registry on several occasions, requesting a full refund of £36.00 following my cancellation of an order (within 18 minutes of placing it), when I realised during a follow-up call by a salesperson from Online Land Registry that I hadn't been dealing with the official Government Land Registry.
I am yet to receive the courtesy of a response from Online Land Registry to my emails (including the return of a completed so-called 'refund form'), nor my money back.
To add insult to injury, I have since managed to obtain the information I was seeking free of charge from the official Land Registry. Whereas Online Land Registry charged me £36.00 for it!
Regardless of what Online Land Registry's Terms and Conditions state, they are in breach of UK Consumer Legislation by failing to refund my money in full.
I can see that I am not alone, as on this platform, there are numerous similar experiences from members of the public regarding difficulties obtaining refunds or only partial refunds being issued after deductions for excessive administrative fees.
I am extremely concerned that this company is consciously misleading the general public by presenting itself in a manner that closely resembles the official Land Registry, resulting in financial detriment to unsuspecting and vulnerable people (particularly those in my situation who have suffered a bereavement and are seeking official information relating to a deceased's estate).
Finally, if Sophia (Communications) at Online Land Registry deigns to respond to this review because its on a public platform (and interestingly not respond to the emails that I have sent directly to Online Land Registry), please do not fob me off and insult my intelligence by cut and pasting the usual responses "We have already refunded you" or "Upon further investigation, unfortunately, we cannot locate an existing order for yourself...etc, etc ".
I recommend that anyone who has had, or is having similar issues with Online Land Registry, contact Citizens Advice in the first instance, as I have done. Also, try your card issuer, who may be able to refund you.

I thought I was dealing with Land…
I thought I was dealing with Land Registry after my husbands recent death. When I realised was a third party conveyancing company asked for the £540 to be refunded. They told me they do not refund. No 14 day cooling off period. I also had to send a postal order to Land Registry for £100, so I have been scammed out of £640. Disappointed that my visa company M&S wouldnt apply Section 75.
