Excellent service; you actually picked up the phone; whoever picked up the phone could be clearly understood and had knowledge of the subject matter; the material I requested was sent promptly.
Of course 25 years ago this level of service would have been the norm, but today it can only be described as outstanding

I contacted the Online team.I spoke to the Most Helpful
Lad his name was DYLAN. He helped me through all my Questions and advice needed to Complete my application for my Land Registry then his Property Document. That complete with the necessary Payment.
Next was the I D procedure next Thursday at 1 pm.

Takes ages to get a completed document
I submitted my request on 25 th September 2025 and was told today 26th March no had looked at it yet!!! When submitted I was told would be ready by 17th February.
The people on the phone are very helpful but completing the request is very poor

Ordered online, was contacted by phone, to confirm I had ordered the right paperwork required, which I hadn’t, as I was not aware that there was 4 lots of paperwork required.
I was talked though want I needed and I ordered the rest of the paperwork.

Changes to property deeds.
I e-mailed them with what I needed to do, they phoned me back, we filled in the paperwork on the phone, I paid. They are now sending me the paperwork to sign and return. They made the transaction easy without the need for my solicitor.
