Great customer service, received my package missing part of my order. Emailed and complained, received an email back same day and was advised it’s on back order and would be sent through shortly. Cant complain.

Placed an order then after the fact was told no stock was available. Suggestions were made of other in stock items but none were similar.
I requested a refund and was originally told no, but upon further insistence I was given my refund

Don't waste your time.
Horrible service, paid for express 5 day shipping, 18 days later they have no idea where my package is. After endless automated responces from One Empire I finally dealt with a Customer service representative who was as skillful as a politician in avoiding refund questions.

Save yours sanity buy elsewhere.
