I like the designs, they are sexy and alluring. The fit however runs small and the quality is made for smaller chested women. Being a larger chest size, the straps are too thin and there is not enough support for my ladies. I've returned and changed things for pjs and other things - so not fussed, just not for me.

I placed an order for a babydoll and pjs in my usual size however when I recieved them, they did not fit. Sizing is so inaccurate, the cups on the babydoll were literally tiny and cover nothing, and the pj shorts were tiny. I processed my exchange online on the 1st of October and shipped it back to them a day later but I am still waiting for my exchange let alone any sort of communication of when it will arrive despite the amount of emails I have sent asking. Honestly at this point I just want my money back, definitely won’t purchase from them again, prefer to continue buying my lingerie through Lounge.

Send you cheap quality lingerie nothing like the photo so I contacted them to return it, after they have it back they say it doesn't fit in with their "returns policy" as this one wasn't damaged like the others that arrived and will now refuse to give my money back when they have the product. My emails have been ignored for weeks on end. You would get better quality on Shein. Scam.

For the price I wasn't expecting great quality or fit, especially because i couldnt choose a cup size and i tend to need larger bottoms and a smaller top, but omg the set was so soft and comfortable for lace and fit my shape really well. It also came with suspenders, stockings and a cute bag to keep it all stored together - which I wasn't expecting. Add in the great communication and fast delivery (and price). I'll definitely be back for more!

beside the average quality, the customer services was a 2. I bought the lingerie set for the rave, but the package was missing a item. They send the missed item for me after the rave day so there's no point of me need that anymore. You should work on this

I am so excited to received all the lingerie i bought but even after weeks of purchasing whenever i look up on the tracking, they havent even got updated yet. so im very disappointed.

In all honesty the quality is pretty good for the price!! I got three complete sets and two nighties for the same price I’d probably pay for 1 set at most lingerie stores. The shipping was great I will definitely be buying more in the future

I bought the Amira Purple Lingerie Set, the Magnolia Pink Bodysuit, and the Lira Blue Intimates Set.

Loved the look of the lingerie, The website layout was perfect - everything looked so good! I ordered multiple pieces and fell for the bundle bargains.

However, I ordered the same sizes for every set (for reference I'm an AU size 12/L and 10D) - some things fit but others were too big which is a bummer (I'm looking at you Purple bralette/bustier)

If you're wearing these pieces the majority of the week (which I am) - the lingerie lasts for a month.

During/After a month - the lace in the pink bodysuit kept sticking together and ripped from me wearing it so much.

One of the straps in my blue garter ripped off as I was putting it on.

And YES the above is very VERY noticeable irl.

I was naive in thinking that this fast fashion would last longer, especially for the price.

There's a reason most lingerie brands use bra sizes and not dress sizes - to reduce the risk of the customer not fitting the garment.

I'm not saying that I'm not gonna buy from here again *cause with my budget I will*.

I feel as though we are all stuck between a rock and a hard place as most brands whether cheap or expensive are still fast fashion. and I'm unsure whether I'll get better garment quality if I start paying more for lingerie.

I hope that One Empire will slow down its fashion and focus on quality > and quantity then this would be a go-to brand.

I ordered and 5 minutes after I realised that I had chosen the wrong size. I sent them a message with no hope at all and when my items got shipped I realised the size had been changed. Shortly after, I received a message from their customer service team confirming that the items had been changed before shipping.
I can’t wait to receive the items but so far I’m super happy with this brand!
