I ordered the 4 set bundle and unfortunately one of the sets ran a considerable amount smaller then the other sets ordered. Bridget was amazing and patient with me, organised a return and assisted with everything in a prompt and professional manner. Nothing was too difficult. Thanks Bridget!!!

The fit is like a dream – it feels like it was tailor-made just for me. The quality and details are so amazing. I can already tell these pieces are going to be my staples for a long time. Also my order arrived so fast. Absolutely obsessed with One Empire.

As a consumer who values transparency and fair treatment, it's disheartening to recount my experience with One Empire Sleep. My initial excitement upon receiving my order quickly turned into frustration and disappointment. Despite diligently consulting their size chart, the clothing I received was egregiously undersized.

Upon reaching out to their customer service, I was met with a dismissive response that offered store credit or exchanges as the only remedy. This would have been acceptable had I not been at the top end of their size range already. Their suggestion to use their made-to-order option, which comes with a significant price hike, felt like a thinly veiled attempt to exploit my predicament for further profit.

Despite my insistence that neither option was suitable for me, they adamantly stuck to their policy, disregarding my rights as a consumer outlined by both the ALC and ACCC. Seeking legal counsel confirmed that my case was indeed aligned with my ACCC rights to a refund, yet One Sleep Empire remained obstinate in their stance.

Adding insult to injury, the quality of their garments did not justify the exorbitant prices or the hassle of dealing with their inadequate customer service. One item, purportedly designed for a D cup, couldn't even accommodate my friend who is a B cup.

In summary, One Empire Sleep not only fails to deliver on their promises of accurate sizing but also demonstrates a blatant disregard for consumer rights and satisfaction. I would strongly advise against patronizing this brand, as their deceptive practices and poor customer service overshadow any potential appeal their products may have.

Ahhh finally found a lingerie set that is true to size and fits like a glove in all places !!! I’m a D/E cup and a medium fits perfectly, i’ve never had a lingerie body suit fit and my cup size . In love !! Excited to purchase more😍

These are the most luxurious, affordable lingerie! The pieces, their prices, the website ease of use and the customer service were exceptional. Will 100% be recommending One Empire to everyone I know.

Great quality beautiful set!! The embroidery and straps are high quality and the straps are all adjustable which is great to fit whatever body shape. True to size with wiggle room, exactly what was pictured and felt great on. Easy customer experience. Only annoyance was the shipping time (3+ weeks and I’m in NZ) but that’s on Aus Post as my order was packed and dispatched within a day so that’s just an Aus Post issue.

The product was great and although I unfortunately had to return it, the process was made extremely easy. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a refund only store credit which although I may use is not ideal.
